It is New Double Storey house with Guard Security located in Harmoni Vista Bandar University Pagoh at EduHub Pagoh next to UTHM, UIAM, UTM & POLITEKNIK. It is also located near the amenities such as gas station, shops, restaurants etc. The guest house is a corner lot one storey terrace house that provide you larger space for you and family or friends. It is also equipped with BBQ barrels so that you can enjoy party with family and friends. The guests have full access to the guest house. I am staying nearby the guest house but normally I will leave the keys in the keybox and I will provide the passcode on the day that the guest intended to stay. The neighborhood are quite happening where there are many amenities such as playground for children, shops (any kind), fruit stall especially durians and clinics as well. The guest can reach the house by car. It is easy to access as it is near the Pagoh toll access. The guest house are equipped with fully furnished such as 1 queen bed, 4 single beds, pillows, blankets, sofa, satellite tv, refrigerator, washing machine and many more.
