There are some people who live on the property who like to socialize but won't unless the guests want to. The keys are kept on the property but the owners can also be reached on cell phones. Super safe and quiet neighborhood. Very lush and green and friendly people all around. Also people walking and riding and enjoying themselves The shops and beaches are within walking distance but their is bolt and Uber In the area too. There is free wifi and the house has cctv for extra security and solar lights around the house for night walks.
