Welcome to Blue Chill Villa! A 144 sqm villa, offering our guests an unobstructed view of the Ionian, seclusion and modern amenities to make your stay simply unforgettable! The villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a half bathroom, open plan, fully equipped kitchen / dining living area with a 49' smart TV , a sun room off the kitchen and a fabulous outdoor area with an amazing pool! Two of the spacious bedrooms with a sea view have double beds, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom accommodates two single beds. The two double bedrooms lead straight out to the pool area. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. The double bedroom without the en-suite has a 32' flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom opposite the smaller bedroom, all of which are situated on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern amenities, making cooking an absolute delight! The living / dining / kitchen is open planned, leading off to a sun room - conservatory and a balcony, all with a phenomenal view of the Ionian! Truly magnificent! As for the outdoor pool area, there is no doubt that it is wonderful!
