The house is quiet directly on a vineyard and yet centrally located. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the fantastic 180 degree view, it offers all the amenities for an exceptional stay. After a hard day at Art Basel, enjoy the beautiful, peaceful location on the balcony or in the living room. Large living-dining room, kitchen, large bedroom (180 cm double bed), guest room (1 bed 140 cm, a large sofa bed, bath with shower & tub, toilet) The house is newly renovated (end 2017). It has a nice balcony with a breathtaking view. The new kitchen has everything needed to be self contained during your stay (Induction cooker, Teppanyaki cooker, combined steamer etc). Start the day with a nice espresso or coffe made with an handmade Italian coffee machine (La Marzocco). Luxurious TV & Entertainment System from B&O. (Netflix & Englisch TV channels included) High Speed Wifi & much more A contact person is available at any time during your stay (lives 5 minutes away). Personally, I am always available via e-mail or mobile phone. Very quiet residential area (in a cul-de-sac) 100 m from the Swiss border and located in a sunny location directly on the vineyard (Tüllinger). Great little wood oven bakery is 3 minutes walk away. Supermarkets, cafe, restaurants etc. 5 minutes away by car. Fondation Beyeler about 20 minutes on foot. To reach "Basel Art" it takes you 12 minutes by car. It is also possible to get there by taking the tram from Weil am Rhein Station (free parking nearby is available). If you are athletic, there are also 2 bikes available (it takes 20 minutes by bike to reach Art Basel). Taxi to "Messe Basel" will cost around Euro 15,00 per ride.
