On the ground floor there is a living room with a 42 smart inch TV. The family room on the ground floor is converted to a theatre fitted with a smart Projector screen and a soundbar. - Guest would have access to the entire villa including living, dining, kitchen , bedrooms, balconies, garden and backyard.
