The flat has been completely redone and renewed in a modern style. Fanabe is one of the most renowned and trendy neighborhoods on the adeje coast! Also attached to the residence there is a nice place where you can relax, have a drink and smoke fruts if you like : La Flaca. Mas Espigol, Masia con piscina cerca de la playa
Disfruta del encanto rustico moderno de la masia, en medio del campo y rodeada de bosque. Es tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, ya que, estas a 10 minutos de las mejores calas de la Costa Brava. Las estancias son muy amplias con una decoracion rustica moderna. Ha estado reformada recientemente, asi que todo esta muy conservado. Esta muy bien situada cerca de Palafrugell y a 10 min de las mejores calas de la Costa Brava Dispone de un jardin privado, bosque y pisicina. En el exterior hay 3 zonas para comer todas ellas privadas y de uso exclusivo. Además dispone de una zona glampig con baños propios, con capacidad para 10 personas extras (precio aparte de tarifa) Cuando llegan los huéspedes me gusta recibirles personalmente, enseñarles la casa y como funcionan las luces exterior, interior... Siempre estoy disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación de la zona a través de mensajes es una masia islada no hay vecinos, ni casas cerca, es para intimidad y exclusividad máxima. Para encontrar sin problemas la casa, aunque es muy fàcil, lo mejor es buscar en google maps: Mas Espigol La Masia se ubica en una zona privilegiada cerca de las gavarres, donde hay muchas rutas de Btt, andar, running, etc...

Beautiful typical house fully renovated. It is located in the center of the village. 2 rooms on the first floor. 1 living room and dining room with a cozy fireplace and a patio. The rooms are spacious. The living room and dining room are connected creating a pleasant and cozy surface at the same time. You will have the entire house for yourself. We will do everything for you to have a very pleasant stay in our wonderful village! The house is located in the center of the village, a minute walk from the central square and the area known as "the villa" where you can visit the historic tower and have the incredible panoramic views of the entire village. To park your car, I recommend to you: - The closest is the central square (50 meters), however you will have a time limite to leave you car (1 hour more or less) - Calle Cádiz (near of the square) - Calle Callejón. This street is narrow but you can often find parking places. - Parking CP-Plus (in the final of street callejón) Do not forget that Setenil is an old village with lots of small streets, for cars it is not ideal but good, that's its charm.

Bienvenidos a la Casa del Tío Marcelo . Se trata de una antigua casa rehabilitada, accesible para huespedes con movilidad reducida. Esta acogedora vivienda tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Está situada dentro del Parque Natural Sierra Norte de Guadarrama, a escasos metros del río Cega, a 6,5Km del pueblo de Pedraza, a 25Km de Sepúlveda y a menos de 40Km de Segovia. Si buscáis un lugar para descansar, disfrutar del entorno y hacer actividades, no dudéis en venir. La casa se divide en dos plantas. La planta baja, toda ella accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, cuenta con un dormitorio doble, un baño completo, cocina abierta al salón con chimenea y acceso al patio de 75m2, con zona de comedor exterior. La puerta trasera del patio comunica con el río Cega. En la planta superior hay un baño completo y tres dormitorios diferenciados por colores: -habitación azul: con tres camas individuales. -habitación beige: con una cama doble. -habitación chocolate: con dos camas dobles y balcón. También recomendamos la gastronomía local, caracterizada por el uso de hornos de leña para sus asados. Desde la Autovia A1 , tomar la salida 99 hacia la carretera N-110 dirección Segovia. Al llegar al pueblo de Arcones, nos dirigimos hacia Pedraza, atravesamos La Velilla y es allí donde cogemos la carretera de Rebollo hasta llegar a Pajares de Pedraza. Si venimos desde Segovia, viajamos por la N-110, dirección Soria. Después de atravesar el pueblo de Collado Hermoso, nos desviaremos en el primer cruce a mano izquierda, dirección Pedraza. Esta carretera nos lleva hasta La Velilla, donde tomaremos el primer desvío a la izquierda. Se trata de la carretera de Rebollo que nos lleva hasta Pajares de Pedraza.
