Designer Kazimierz & Castle 3 minutes

No all male groups, unless approved. Renovated, riverside loftstyle flat on floors 3&4 of an Artdeco building in Kazimierz for 3 couples or 4 singles (one on sofa-bed). Original features restored, with well equipped kitchen and 2 gorgeous bathrooms. Located on a quiet one-way street, just 5 mins walk from Castle, Kazimierz, tennis courts, the river, the conference centre, Church on the Rock, Mangha Japanese Culture Centre and riverside bars and barges. English owner speaks fluent Polish. Spacious 90m2 flat on 3rd and 4th floor, with large lounge / kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, hallway and balcony. The lounge has a large island, DVD/Blu Ray, LCD TV (with satellite and USB) and 2 sofas. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob and all utensils. The bedrooms each have built-in wardrobes with modern shelving, drawers, hangers etc. The flat has high-speed wifi. Original pre-war oak flooring. One of the double bedrooms is on the next floor (4th floor) with separate entrance from the main stairwell and en-suite bathroom. You have access to the entire flat and 2 balconies. I will usually be available to assist guests during the week, Saturday morning and Sunday evening. If you want to organise any special trips, please let me know. I also have a house in the Beskida mountains where you can stay if you enjoy hiking. The flat is in an ideal position between the riverside (20 secs), the Jewish quarter centre (5 mins), Church on the Rock (Skalka -1 min) and Wawel (5 mins). The neighbourhood is improving rapidly, with a micro-brewery just round the corner (Tea-Time, 20 secs), boat-bars, boat-cruises and river taxi (20 secs) and a beach bar and playground on the river and opposite side of the river (5 mins), tennis courts (2 mins), the legendary communist riverside hotel Forum, now housing a cool bar (10 mins) and the brand new Conference Centre (5 mins). Within just a few minutes' walk of the flat there is a micro-brewery, a hummus bar, a dim-sum bar, a Greek supermarket with cafe (great Baclava), Polish milk-bar, a Georgian restaurant, an ecological bakery and cake shop. Look at my recommendations for these. Everything is within easy walking distance. Take a lovely walk along the river, under the bridge, to the castle (3-5 mins), from there you can walk along Grodzka (the main street in the Old Town) to the Square. There is a river taxi just around the corner (a few seconds). A tram stops nearby the flat at the Orzeszkowej stop (2 mins) with several trams to the station, shopping centre and other locations in the centre. No parties in the flat or excessive noise past 10pm! The flat is quiet on 3rd and 4th floors on a quiet one-way street. The river is just 30 seconds away, around the corner, where you can have a wonderful walk past major tourist attractions, catch a riverboat taxi or go to the amazingly cool former Communist hotel Forum for a coffee or cocktail on the riverside.
