Relax in the hammock in the sun and read a book, or crank up the BBQ and outdoor fire and enjoy a beverage while watching the sun set over the mountains. The property is home to an extensive collection of artwork, with every available wall space showcasing something different to admire and ponder. If you have children, task them to search the property & count how many colourful gnomes & other characters they can find!! The open plan living area has a comfortable lounge area with a large corner couch and a couple of cosy sheepskin beanbags to relax in. There is a fully equipped kitchen and pantry with everything you need to cook a family feast to enjoy at the large dining table. The bedrooms are all a good size, with two that can be split into twin rooms. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe plus its own tiled ensuite with shower and double vanity. The other bedrooms share the main bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, there's a big lawn area for the kids to play, plus a great outdoor entertaining area with a fire, BBQ and outdoor table to sit at. There's plenty of firewood for this & the logburner in the front room to keep guests warm over winter. There's also a heat pump in the main living area providing warming and cooling. Downstairs, the laundry is in the garage (accessible by a lift within the property) where there is also storage space for ski gear and other toys. Guests have access to the entire property & gardens. With breathtaking lakes and mountains, Wanaka, New Zealand, is a year-round destination set against the pristine alpine backdrop of Lake Wanaka and Mount Aspiring National Park World Heritage Area. There are many world-class attractions, sporting activities and adventure opportunities within easy reach of the Wanaka Township. The property boasts a bright, open plan living area, with lots of comfortable sofas positioned around the log burner - the perfect spot for the adults to relax with a wine in front of the fire, while the children hide away in the separate media room and watch a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to rustle up a feast for family, or else if you prefer al-fresco dining, there is a barbecue on the patio to cook up some sausages or burgers and sit around the picnic bench enjoying the last of the sun's warmth with a cool beverage.
