This is a beautiful Bay View House in the heart of Oriental Parade. It is opposite the beach, swimming pool, playground and tugboat cafe. You can walk to supermarket and museum in few minutes. You will enjoy the pure fresh air by the sea. You will see the sun rises from the morning to sunset in late afternoon. You will find this character house is great location and you can enjoy the heart of Oriental Bay. We have limit space for 1 night accomodation. Please request. It is a large 2 bedroom house. The lounge is open plan with kitchen. One of bedroom is super large with wardrobe. othe bedroom is double bedroom size. the bathroom has a bath and laundry. It is easy access from the Parade. Taxi and car can drop off luggages. It has a garage under the house for $20 per day. One bedroom has a very comfortable super king size double bed. other bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. the lounge has nice couch which can open for sofa double bed. It has an ottoman which open to use as a single bed. It provides all linens,towels and normal household needs.

Stunning home with an even more stunning outlook. The drive to the property leads to the views over the harbour. You’ll find that you are surrounded by native bush and the only sounds you will hear in the mornings are the native birds. An open-plan kitchen is off the glazed entrance with great views. The sunken living area adjoins the spectacular entrance area and is spacious and light. The master suite is up a sweeping staircase. The gardens blend-in beautifully with the bush surroundings. The driveway ends in a parking area for the house that can hold 4-5 cars. There is a garage used by the host. A short set of steps go up to the front door opening into the living/dining room. A wooden patio and balcony wraps around the right of the ground floor. A lawn wraps to the left to a paved patio with a table and chairs. Sitting room: Skylights and wraparound windows make this room bright and welcoming. There are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a leather seat. Kitchen: This is to the left of the front door. It is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and kettle. Dining: Separated from the living space by a step. Contains a table and 6 chairs. Living room: Half a step drops to a spacious living room with a TV and chairs. Ground floor bedroom 1: A good sized room with a door out to the paved patio. Ground floor bedroom 2: This room is the same size. The windows look out into the neighboring bush. Ground floor bathroom: Toilet, shower and washbasin. Master bedroom: Up a staircase. The main level has the super king sized bed and closet. A sunken area has a desk set up as a work space. French doors to a private balcony. Master bathroom: En-suite to the bedroom. Toilet, bath, shower and washbasin. Guests have access to all of the house. A garage on the property is used by the host. The beach is a short walk away with a rather steep walk back. There is a bus stop at the beach.
