La Bouganvillea, pianta ornamentale che da secoli tipicizza il paesaggio della Sicilia, accoglie gli ospiti che in questa Casa desiderano soggiornare. Alla Casa della Bouganvillea vi si accede infatti immergendosi in un cortile aperto nel quale questa pianta, fiorita per gran parte dell’anno, copre una delle due verande coperte di canne di cui la casa è dotata. È disposta su un solo livello posto al Piano Terra. Si è accolti nella zona living dal quale, affacciandosi esso sia lato nord che su quello ovest, è possibile ammirare la rigogliosa campagna che la circonda nelle sue diverse sfumature di colore che la luce cangiante durante la giornata le dona. Il living room è dotato di tutti i comfort; gli arredi sono caratterizzati dalla semplicità, sobrietà e essenzialità; esso si connota poi per la presenza di un efficiente cooking corner con base in legno dotato di tutti i servizi e gli accessori necessari. Al centro della sala due colorate poltrone bergère consentono di trascorrere fantastici momenti di assoluto relax. La prima camera da letto, attraverso un’ampia e luminosa porta finestra, si affaccia a ovest sul cortile esterno in cui insiste la veranda coperta dalla Bouganvillea. I suoi colori tenui riflettono quello degli elementi naturali circostanti e ben si armonizzano con la sobrietà dei suoi arredi. Si discende in essa percorrendo una piccola scala in muratura e nel complesso essa trasferisce agli ospiti una particolare sensazione di intimità interiore. Ha a sua disposizione un servizio indipendente in camera. L’arredo include il letto matrimoniale, la cabina armadio e la cassettiera. L’ampia porta finestra può essere chiusa da tende realizzate con materiale completamente oscurante per consentire il massimo del comfort per gli amici ospiti che preferiscono riposare al buio. Dalla zona living, percorrendo un piccolo disimpegno, si accede alla seconda camera da letto; questa è stata realizzata con l’adozione di una particolare soluzione architettonica che ha consentito di sovrapporla alla prima con l’ausilio di una struttura portante in ferro e pareti in legno. Attraversando la porta di accesso, una piccola scala in muratura permette di accedere al piano dove sono si trovano allocati due letti singoli trasformabili in letto matrimoniale; la camera al suo interno è dotata di cassettiere ed ha a sua disposizione un servizio indipendente. Specifiche tende agli infissi, realizzate con materiale completamente oscurante, consentono il massimo del comfort per gli amici ospiti che preferiscono riposare al buio. La Casa è interamente climatizzata e il Wi-Fi è sempre attivo e accessibile in tutte le sue aree interne ed esterne. Welcome to our beautiful holiday home set in the picturesque, conservation village of Comrie; in the heart of Strathearn, Perthshire. The perfect location for family and friends to enjoy a broad range of outdoor pursuits or to relax in stunning surroundings. The cottage, which was completely refurbished during 2016, provides a large open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, with large windows to the front of the house and a triple glass door leading to the garden at the rear. There are three large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping a maximum of 6 people. A newly fitted bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs, offer the most modern of facilities. The cottage also benefits from two additional relaxation spaces. In the downstairs ‘snug’, enjoy warmth and a country cottage atmosphere courtesy of the pellet burner, as well as TV, DVD and PS4. Upstairs, relax on the chaise longue and read a book or listen to music. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs. To the rear of the cottage is a large, fully enclosed, private garden which acts as a great sun trap, and enjoys full sun throughout the day. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer time to make the most of this space. There is adequate parking on the drive for two or three cars, with more parking available on the lane outside the cottage. Tanto si os gusta el vino y lo que queréis es ver bodegas,hacer alguna cata o disfrutar de unos buenos caldos entre viñedos, como si lo que queréis es desconectar en un templo budista o un impresionante santuario,o hacer otro tipo de actividades de tipo más deportivo, en muy pocos minutos encontraréis de todo. Sidro·Co se alquila completa y se encuentra en el centro del pueblo de Secastilla, justo en la plaza de la iglesia. Distribuido en 2 plantas, cuenta con 5 habitaciones con capacidad para 10 personas, 2 con cama de matrimonio, 2 con 2 camas individuales (con posibilidad de poner supletoria) y 1 con una cama individual, 2 baños completos (uno con bañera) y un aseo, cocina, salón, comedor y zona de lavandería. Además, en este parque también hay una pista de pickleball. Además de este parque, también hay una recreativa con zona con barbacoa y mesas de picnic, pistas multideporte y una bonita piscina en la que refrescarse en verano (ver fotos). A 5 minutos del pueblo también hay una pista de pádel con unas preciosas vistas, muy económica y sencilla de reservar (aunque siempre podemos ayudaros a reservarla o hacerlo por vosotros). También hay fotos de esta pista. En la Sidro·Co encontraréis sin coste extra todo lo necesario para disfrutar del pádel o del pickleball, además de un balón de baloncesto. On the first floor there is a sumptuous bathroom with rain shower and bath, made for relaxation. Don't forget to visit Chester Race course, soak in the atmosphere and visit the many independent venues to eat and drink. Across the river suspension bridge are the meadows perfect for a long walk. Cross the Old Dee Bridge into Handbridge and discover a fantastic kids park and more local shops.
