This residence has 3 floors with a total surface of 250m2. All the rooms have access to veranda with a wonderful view of the village and the sea. It consists of 5 big bedrooms and it can host up to -11 people. The entrance of Callisto Plus is on its 1st level, so as the 2 bedrooms, a big bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. The 1st level has access to pretty garden and a barbeque with a great view of the sea. The 2nd one has access to 2 verandas with a soothing view of the Aegean and an external staircase that can lead you to the garden. Callisto Plus can be split per floor to create 3 independent fully equipped apartments with separate entrance, kitchen, toilet, terraces etc. (This can accommodate 4 persons on the ground floor, 4 persons on the first floor and 3-4 persons on the 2nd floor). The house sleeps 6-8 people without any problem. You will be entering a small garden door and follow a narrow path that will lead you to the main entrance. Going past the main entrance you will be entering the living room having great views outside towards the sea. The living room has a dining table, chairs and a sofa. It connects with the kitchen area; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher and a stove for cooking. If you wish to wash your clothes there is an excellent laundry service at the village of Batsi. The other areas of the house are the bedrooms; there is one double bedroom with a double bed giving access to a toilet-bathroom with shower. The bedroom has three windows, two small ones and a large one with sea views. There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a small window that sees towards the back of the house. And there is also a third double bedroom which also gives access to great views from its three windows two small ones and a large one. The small ones look towards the back of the house and the village of Batsi and the large one towards the sea. The second and third bedrooms share a toilet bathroom with bath tub. Finally there is also a guest room which is separate from the main house having its own private and separate entrance. The guest room has a double bedroom, a toilet bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the garden and the sea. A car rental is mandatory. There will be a concierge who will wait for you and lead you to the house when you arrive at the port of Gavrio. Due to the elevated position of the house we cannot take children under the age of 5. Also because of the winds on the island in the area we cannot allow the use of BBQ.
