BATHROOMS - There are 6 ensuite bathrooms, 1 common bathroom, and 3 poolside showers. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive drawing-room on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 20 people. - It is equipped with a music system. It does not have an AC. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 10 people. - The living room opens up to the verdant exteriors of the home that serve as the perfect respite. - The 30000 sq. ft. manicured lawn is furnished with cosy sofa-style seating arrangements, ideal for an evening spent amidst nature. - Guests can unwind in the attached gazebo that overlooks the peaceful surroundings. - Guests can enjoy a refreshing soak in the private swimming pool that is 12x5 metres in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - It is equipped with comfortable mattresses for seating and is adorned with twinkling fairy lights, making it a scene straight out of a book. - The first floor of the villa also houses a conference room, featuring a round table and ample seating arrangements. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Outside food is not allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 9 PM. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Guaranteeing a blissful riverside getaway, this holiday home hosts a plethora of luxuriant experiences. If you looking for a quiet, calm place, it can also be used to just sit, relax, read, paint and enjoy nature. To unwind just spread out a mat / matress and lie down, listening to the birds chirp and squirrels run around. There are 2 spacious rooms available that can easily accomodate 4 to 6 people. Both bedrooms are spacious, well ventilated and provide a lovely garden view. The room on the ground level has an attached kitchenette that features a tabletop, sink, cooking utensils, crockery, fridge, microwave, water kettle and electric stove that can be used for mild cooking. We also have a provision to setup an outdoor barbeque on request. You can then take the stairs to the other room at the upper level. The upper level also features a balcony that overlooks the entire garden and provides a calm, peaceful experience. This room also features a 40 inch smart TV for you entertainment. Othe room features include attached private bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wifi, smart TV and hot water geyser. The property's electricity and backups run on solar energy.
