Bedrooms -There are 2 bedrooms in this villa - both on the same level. -Each room is equipped with AC, comfortable bed, space for extra mattress -Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom and Bedrooms 2 has a bathroom just outside the door. -Both bathrooms have hot water,WC, towels, and basic toiletries available. Living Room -Lounge in cozy sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with cable. -The living room has a view of the pool and garden. In-house meals: -Our caretaker can make fresh Maharashtrian-style homemade veg and nonveg food upon prior request. -Price for all meals - Lunch, Hi-tea snacks, and dinner: Rs. 1200 per head with veg and chicken options. Morning breakfast is complimentary. -Veg meal consists of two sabjis, dal, rice, chapati, salad -Chicken meal consists of a sukkha and a gravy preparation with rice, chapati, and salad. -You can customize the preparation style and choice of vegetables for each meal. **Please note the cook can prepare only homemade style food and not Punjabi/Chinese/continental etc. All meal orders must be made 24 hrs in advance to avoid last minute inconveniences.** Kitchen & Dining -There is an extended full kitchen with the living room. -The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, and cutlery available for all the guests. -A refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, purified RO drinking water, and gas is available. -Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee. During your stay -Make a splash in your very own private pool with a shallow kids pool. -A beautiful lawn area for lawn games or barefeet walks. -A covered gazebo sitout with outdoor furniture and pool view -Self-catered BBQ and bonfires can be arranged on prior request during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY. -Rain dance area adjacent to the swimming pool -The living room opens up to a deck where you can enjoy al fresco breakfast with a pool and garden view. -We have plenty of board games to keep adults and children entertained. -You can drive to Mulshi dam or Lavasa city, both are 30-45 mins drive from the villa. -Basic toiletries, fresh linen, and towels are provided during your stay. Guests will have access to entire villa with private pool, garden, gazebo. Our caretaker staff stays in their home next to the house and will be available for checkin and if you need help around. The house is located at Pirangut close to MIDC on Mont Vert Vesta Road. The neighborhood is usually quiet being in the outskirts with very less traffic. It is located centrally to explore Mulshi dam and Lavasa located at 30-45 mins drive. It is also close to the market, Pune city, many shops, hospitals, ATMs at a close distance. To reach the house you have to drive to Ghotawade Phata (Pirangut) from Pune via chandni chowk/ hinjewadi. From Ghotawade Phata it is 5-7 mins drive on temghar-lavasa road. It is located close to Mont Vert Vesta, a big housing society. 1. The house is surrounded by trees and hence post sunset a lot of moths and insects may enter the house if doors are kept open. You must keep windows and doors closed to avoid insects entering inside. 2. The neighbourhood fruits and vegetable farm is NOT our premises and inaccessible by our guests. Please do not try to enter as there are guard dogs in their premises. 3. Kitchen usage by guests is NOT allowed except for making baby food or tea/coffee. 4. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be attended by elders during all times around the pool and nearby areas. 5. As the house is located in city outskirts it is bound to have frequent electrical fluctuations, especially in monsoons. There is an inverter backup which will power only lights and fans. 6. The house is located near an industrial area. There may be occasional machinery noises around.
