Our home overlooks the beautiful sunrise and sunset view on Lake Naivasha from the balconies. The hills beyond the lake give an amazing scenery for relaxation. We are in a quiet serene neighborhood, abt 1.5 Km to Naivasha town, (with a few twists and turns within the estate), it is a walking distance. The road from town is a little bumpy. The stand-alone home has spacious rooms, lawns and flowers on the half acre piece of land. You can hire Kathy's Place 7 seater car for local Safari & transfers The rooms areas spacious. Very good lighting. Spacious compound for team bonding. Very good view of Lake Naivasha from the balcony area. Kenya hot tea served for free on arrival. Low key parties ideal (we have a BBQ and open fire place and a balcony that can hold 10-15px for small house parties. The big verandas at main entrance and kitchen entrance offer pen air space for relaxation and low key parties too. Come and experience!!! Guests can access all parts of the property apart from the stores. There is a permanent care taker to receive you and attend to your requests. Tour guide services at a very affordable charges are offered. My neighborhood is a low desity residential area, quiet and calm. There is the common public transport about 1.5km away in Naivasha town.
