Villa Malú has a unique vantage point with a large private garden with spectacular views of the Aeolian Islands, which can be seen from the villa’s very own private heated pool with hydro-massage for 6 guests (10mx5m & 1.5m depth). Villa Malú is a detached 140 m2 property with extensive terraced grounds (2000 m2). This property has a large front yard at the entrance suitable for parking up to 3 cars. The garden has an abundance of beautiful trees filled with fruit (to pick should you choose), beautiful palms and ancient olive trees surrounded by the tranquil countryside. The Villa is located on the hills of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Castroreale (Messina). Accommodation at Villa Malú is all on one floor. The main entrance takes you into a welcoming open living and dining space, comprising a cosy lounge area with a comfy sofa (with an option to turn into a sofa bed if needed). In addition, there is Ambilight TV. Next to this you will find a fully-equipped kitchen. There are a total of 4 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with a super king-sized bed, 2 other bedrooms with king-sized beds & the final bedroom comprising of 2 twin beds. The villa is able to comfortably host 8 adults. You can access the romantic double bedroom with en-suite from the other end of the living space. The bathroom consists of a whirlpool bathtub and the room has direct access to the pool. As mentioned the other 3 bedrooms include; a snug master bedroom, with its own en-suite with a bath and direct access to the pool. The other 2 rooms share an adjacent shower room with a washing machine. Wi-fi and air-conditioning are also available throughout the entire property. If required, central heating is available for the winter months. The cost to heat the pool is included all year around but the months of June, July, August & September it needs to be requested for a fee. The pool area is equipped with 8 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas and matching side tables, where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. Here you will also find an outdoor sink and shower. The garden is not over-looked by any other property, therefore as well as soaking up the sun, you can revel in the luxury of total privacy. There is also a veranda with an outside wooden table and benches which accommodates 12 people for dining and relaxing outdoors, round to the back of the property (past the pool area) you'll find a barbecue for outdoor cooking where you can admire the stunning Sicilian sunset every night along with some tasty local food and wine! The Villa is located only 5 minutes walk to the closest grocery store and 15 minutes walk to the town centre where you will find more restaurants, bars and pubs. Not far away are the beaches of Tonnarella and Baia del Tono Milazzo (Both Sandy). From nearby Port of Milazzo you can take the hydrofoil or ferry to visit one of the UNESCO world heritage sites, the Aeolian Islands, such as Lipari, Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Alicudi, Filicudi and Stromboli (the island with an active volcano). Villa Malú is conveniently located to visit some of the most beautiful places in Sicily: Tindari, Milazzo, Capo D'Orlando, Taormina, Cefalù, Catania and the Europe’s tallest active volcano, Mount Etna.

The Palace is located in the historic center of Lecce, behind the Roman Theatre and a 5-minute walk from Duomo Square. All attractions are within easy walking distance. The Palace offers welcoming spaces, thanks to its walls, embellished by the elegant star vaults in Lecce stone, which give it its characteristic appearance. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs, outdoor spaces (garden on the ground floor), a washing machine, and a kitchen.

Quiet and beautiful house perched on the edge of the sea in a cove with sandy beach. 5 min away from markets, 30 min to Cagliari and 20 min to Villasimius. Beautiful view and direct access to the sea. Prices are shown for 8 guests. Looking South, the house is very sunny and sheltered from most strong winds. The sea is beautiful and safe for children. The weather is mostly perfect from Spring till October, and the water gets really warm (as a rough guide, the base temperature of the sea is 15°C/59°F, by the end of spring it increases at the very least beyond 20°C/68°F, reaching in excess of 28°C/82°F even offshore during summer and then slowly drops to say 23°C/73°F by the end of November). It's the house where I chose to live since 2010 after spending every summer in the village since I was five years old. There is a big difference in general atmosphere and surrounding activity between summer and the rest of the year. During summer, quite a few restaurants and bars are open in the village, and the village is relatively crowded (not as crowded as say Villasimius, e.g. here there is always some free space on the beach). Spring and autumn are much quieter months and best suited for car equipped guests who like driving short distances around and exploring, or intend to spend their whole time in the location, also cooking for themselves (even though usually a few local restaurants are open). During winter, the local supermarket opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. A winter stay would only be recommended for business travel as an alternative to hotels, but most winters are so mild and dry that not too chilly guests could still enjoy a holiday here. Beaches: Walking down the garden one reaches the rocks, where it is easy to - get into the sea for a swim or to reach the beach (water is quite shallow, most adults have foot beyond the immersed rocks, where the sandy bottom starts) - walk along a trail of a couple of hundred metres to reach the Cannesisa sandy beach - walk on the rocks to reach a little-known recessed small pebble beach The main beach can also be reached through pedestrian passages departing form the road. Abundant free parking is available behind the beach. The small pebble beach can also be reached in a couple of minutes through a pedestrian passage, avoiding most of the walk on rocks. From there one can walk to another very long sandy beach, Kal'e Moru/Geremeas (3 min. walk, no rocks). Mistral wind seldom blows. Even then, the garden and the adjacent sea stretch are sheltered. But the Cannesisa beach can become a bit windy and choppy; alternative sheltered beaches would be the pebble beach, Gennemari beach (the second beach in the village, 20 min. walk or 5 min. by car) or any other beach on the East coast starting at Capo Carbonara, Villasimius. About the accommodation: The house has been completely restructured and offers a high level of comfort. It stays cool during the summer, internet is provided, electricity is included (20kWh per day + 0.25 Euro per additional kWh), gas and water also, alarm, cctvs surveillance outside (not connected to the internet), air conditioning in the bedrooms, barbecue. Each bedroom/suite is provided with a set of towels, beach towels, linen, mattress cover, pillows, light blanket and pile blanket. The measures of the beds are as follows: ground floor suite, king 1st floor suite, double 1st floor bedroom, king 2nd 1st floor bedroom, double Other equipment available subject to restocking in case of loss/breakage before the stay: - high chair - travel cot - small mattress - foldable single bed - snorkelling equipment - beach umbrellas - two bikes, for local trips Outdoors furniture: - tables and chairs on balconies - two tables, one sun umbrella, one king-sized sun umbrella, 4 lounge chairs, two deckchairs, chairs on terraces. The kitchen is generously equipped with appliances and all sorts of kitchenware items. Logistics: Check-in is from 5 PM onwards (no restrictions on late arrivals). Check-out is at 1PM or earlier (no restrictions on early departures). I always meet the guests at least for arrival and departure. Arrivals and departures can be scheduled any day of the week so, depending on the calendar, it might be possible to check-in an check-out at any preferred time. Rules: Broken dishes and glasses included in the rental price (fair usage policy applies). Please keep a count so that I can swiftly replace the missing items. Duties of the guests include normal tenant duties such as reporting problems in a timely manner, sorting out garbage and placing it at the gate on scheduled days. Guests have access to the whole property, that is 1250 sqm garden and house. The access road to the private parking is shared with the neighbours. Usually I stay 500 meters away from the house, so it's quite easy to meet me to ask questions or request assistance. There are plenty of things to do here, boating, diving, fishing, horse riding, shopping... But most people just end up relaxing and enjoying the sun after a swim. Bus transportation is available, but it is more practical to have a car. Most of the time my two bikes are available and working. During Spring house martins raise their child on the living room balcony, totally unimpressed by inhabitants of the house. At the end of the day a bit of cleaning might be required, nothing terrible.

Villa delle Rose is located in a strategic position that allows you to enjoy the nature and relax by the pool, while remaining a stone's throw from the sea and the city centre. The property is infact located in a residential area at an elevated point of Civitanova Marche, surrounded by a park that keeps it away from the noise and heat of the city but from which you can easily reach the beach, which is only 5 minutes away on foot. The villa is ideal for holidays of family groups up to 8 people. The interiors of the house are developed on a single floor, with living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms, plus 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is surrounded by a large porch equipped with a table and benches for dining outside in the cool of the sea breeze. The villa is rented to a single group, who can also benefit from the exclusive use of the swimming pool and solarium that surrounds it, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The garden of the villa is completely fenced, and can safely accomodate your 4-legged friends who are welcome and have here room to run. It is forbidden to organize parties and keep a loud volume at night, therefore it may be unsuitable for holidays with friends. On the property there is a separate outbuilding inhabited by the owners, who share only the external entrance of the villa with the guests, and who will be at your disposal for any need while always respecting your privacy. The Marche coast is one of the most fascinating areas of the Adriatic coast, where progress has not affected the ecosystem that can be admired today in all its beauty. You are spoiled for choice between a day at the beach on the pebble or sandy beach, the natural reserve of Monte Conero located just 20 minutes by car or an excursion to the numerous medieval villages Unesco sites in the area. For sports lovers there is no shortage of trails dedicated to hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, sailing, diving, and water sports. The house is more than a century old, it was a farmer's house that my family bought and renovated with taste and dedication, while maintaining the original architecture and aesthetics. Given the size of the villa, a few years ago we decided to make it available for tourist rentals for a few weeks a year, reserving the annexe and a small enclosed courtyard as our space.
