Casa Bada - Barn
Newly renovated farmhouse. Situated five minutes by car from the village of Rufina, and a short train ride from Florence. Enjoy the view over the valley with the world-renowned Frescobaldi Nipozzano vineyards across the way. Traditional wood pizza oven and barbeque in the garden. Help yourselves to vegetables and fruit from our garden, go visit our chickens and collect fresh eggs. We have a family of four lovely donkeys. Beautifully restored farmhouse on two levels with two double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Sitting room with dining area and stone fireplace. Private garden with barbeque and eating area overlooking the vineyards and olive groves the property has its own private garden and barbeque. Use of pizza oven on our property is available for use. Owners live on site and are always available to help or answer questions Spectacular views over vineyards and olive groves. We have 200 olive trees and make our own olive oil, we will happily let you sample some! Enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the world famous Frescobaldi Nipozzano vineyards A car is essential for getting around. We are located on a hill 3kms (2 miles) from Rufina. Hop on the local train to get into the centre of Florence - just 30 minutes - plenty of free parking at the station Don't feel like cooking?
