Imagine waking up to bird chirps and a sea of treetops in our openly layouted 1-bedroom unit right at the heart of Cebu City. We’ve prepped our second home to welcome travelers with complimentary WIFI, TV for movies, hot shower and a kitchen ready for your cooking skills. Restaurants and hangout places are around esp in nearby IT Park. A laundromat is also directly downstairs. PS Small pets are allowed. We are also near big hospitals, malls and tourist spots. Our place has just been newly refreshed. Most of the appliances and furniture are new. It is a cute 1-bedroom with an open layout plan. The space has specifically been interior-designed to provide basic amenities yet create ample breathing space for guests. The toilet and shower is separated to accommodate groups properly. Half of the unit is surrounded by a balcony for a refreshing view either of city lights or green trees. This is the perfect space for sipping tea or drinking coffee! Right next door is Sugbo Mercado, a food feast of different mouth-watering selections and live music on some days. The unit is all for the guests. We like to treat everyone like family. We are just a call away. However, we respect your privacy so we may meet you during check in or check out only. The place is very secure. Aside from the cctv cameras, we have polite and friendly security guards that are stationed 24/7 in the building. CAR FOR YOU. The concierge and/or guard can get you a cab whenever you like. You can also take a Grab car, taxi or maybe hire an Angkas motorcycle. But most of all, we also have a car that can take you around depending on availability. Usual time it takes to get to the ff from our place: South Bus Terminal (for Oslob Whale Shark) - 17 mins North Bus Terminal (for Malapascua and Bantayan jump offs) - 15 mins Busay, Little Amsterdam, Temple of Leah, Tops - around 10 minutes COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do. SEPARATE BEDS. If you want separate beds, kindly request at least a day before your check in date so we can prep the room accordingly. MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this. PETS. Small pets are allowed. Pls don’t leave them unattended to protect both him and our furniture. If you plan to leave your pet in the unit, a cage is required. It's time to go out of the house and enjoy the city! Swim in the infinity pool, shop at nearby SM or Ayala malls, or simply lounge inside our second home, have a hot shower, or watch TV. There are plenty of things to do at the heart of the city. For immediate needs, we also have a cute piazza right outside where a 7/11, pharmacy, restos, ATM and other immediate conveniences are. IT Park, Landers, the North bus station and port are also near. The space is a large studio. An extra air bed will be provided for guests exceeding 2 pax. There is also a wardrobe cabinet for your clothes to keep out clutter. BUILDING AMENITIES include: infinity pool Kiddie pool 24/7 security rooftop terrace Laundry cages Event areas Free 2 hours parking The mini outdoor mall right outside the building also makes life easier. Here, restaurants, convenience stores, a laundromat, bakery, ATM and more stores are situated. For those who are planning to go to the North Bus Terminal to get to Malapascua and Bantayan, it’s also not too far from the unit.
