The air is fresh there`s no light pollution so the night sky is crystal clear. We have the Kaipara river on our doorstep which flows into the enormous Kaipara harbor. For living convenience there are a number of amenities not too far away. Here at Manukaviews we have plenty of parking for most vehicle types. The closest motorway is Highway 16 which will take you North or South and joins up with the main arterial routes. We are a 7 min drive to Helensville township which offers a selection of amenities. 4 min drive to the nearest convenience store and petrol station. There`s a bus service that will take you all the way to Auckland CBD, the bus stop is 4 min drive away (bus card required). Theses are country roads so you may encounter the odd tractor which will generally pull over for you. On the property we have some small bush walks with river access and a tall bird watch, if the weather is not so good and the ground is soggy we have gumboots to help you walk through the bush. Perched high on a hill overlooking the Great Oyster Bay is "Aperture", a holiday house with stunning 270 degree ocean views and an amazing outdoor entertainment deck. This holiday house has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Aperture has a spacious and open plan with abundant windows and glass balustrade where you can take in the views from most of the house. Perfect for couples, friends and families. Free Wifi is provided. This holiday house has a games room, set with a pool table and second TV. Located a short walk to pristine beaches and a short drive to the Wineglass Bay car park. This property has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and plenty of parking space. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you may need for in-house dining or a BBQ al fresco dining experience. You are booking the whole house, it is not a shared space. We leave you in privacy to enjoy your stay, however we are only a phone call away if you need any assistance. This house is set quite far from the road and is elevated to get the best views. You will need a vehicle, as there is no public transport in Coles Bay Covid safety changes to note prior to your arrival: Due to Covid safety, we have been advised to remove provisions and amenities that cannot be easily sanitised and to not proceed in sanitising food container & beverage container items. This includes items such as salt & pepper containers and cooking oil. Cardboard items such as al foil, cling wrap, paper towels and tissues etc have been removed for now. Wherever we can, we have switched to individually portioned items such as dish power, washing power, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets. All items are complimentary, and not included in the tariff, and are provided free of charge by the owner of the property. We do hope this is only a temporary measure and we can get back to our usual procedures at some stage soon, however we are following strict Covid safe regulations and guidelines, including having an in depth Covid safety plan and enhanced and adequate cleaning procedures. We have also removed the compendiums and have an online version for guests, we send this to guests in an email and there is also a QR code at the property to access this information on your own device. These changes are in place to keep guests safe, and it is vital that we do everything possible to ensure guests remain as safe as possible while staying in any of Freycinet Holiday Houses properties.

The panoramic views, luxury and relaxed peaceful setting will have you wanting to stay longer. It’s all about the views the moment you walk through the front doors to this uniquely spacious tastefully furnished home. With 180 degree uninterrupted views from all living areas and bedrooms. Panoramic glass doors flood this home with natural light. Breezes and ocean views are your constant companion throughout your stay. This home has two levels of luxury. On the first floor you have high ceilings, open plan living and dining areas that radiate around a chef style kitchen with granite top benches and stainless steel appliances. The timber deck provides sun lounges with an outdoor setting to sit and watch the boats go by while you enjoy a relaxing BBQ with a nice glass of wine. There is also a pool that is cleverly designed to look like it is part of the inside of the house. On the second level prepare to be captivated by the outlook from the master suite, where a private balcony and spa bath are the perfect additions for enhanced enjoyment of the Coral Sea scenery. The second bedroom on this level is also spacious with clever bedding configurations to meet most guest requirements. Pool: The pool is private Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a king bed. The king beds in bedoooms 2 and 4 can be split into single beds upon request. The master bedroom is on the upper level with its own private balcony looking out over the Coral Sea. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a double shower, his and hers sinks and a spa bath. Bedroom 2 is also on the upper level. On the lower level are bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 3 also has its own ensuite and ocean views. Bedorom 4 has a king bed that can be split into two singles on request (at least 3 days notice is requried to split beds before arirval). Parking: There is a double Garage available for your use. The dirveway can fit a further two cars.
