La bella piscina di m 15x6 è esclusiva solo per gli ospiti della villa ed è attiva da maggio ad ottobre; sono inclusi nel prezzo lettini prendisole, ombrelloni, tavoli e sedie. Si può mangiare a bordo piscina e godere di una bella quiete ed illuminazione serale. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una sala giochi con ping-pong e calcio balilla. Ci troviamo in via Immacolata di Lourdes 163 a Conegliano (la via che porta alle colline del Prosecco patrimonio dell'Unesco) a circa 800 metri dal centro storico con la fermata dell'autobus fronte casa come pure il supermercato. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e grazie alla geotermia e all'isolamento acustico e termico, molto freschi d'estate e caldi d'inverno. Treviso è a 25 km mentre Venezia a 50 km. La posizione è ottima perché permette di vivere Conegliano con tutte le sue attrattive culturali, sportive e culinarie e nello stesso tempo è vicina alle dolci colline del Prosecco e alla rilassante campagna con prati, boschi e ruscelli. L'arredamento è con mobili di pregio e particolare cura è stata posta ai corredi e ai particolari d'arredo.
