The property is for your exclusive use and is spread over three floors, with a tavern, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio and terrace. A few steps from a lively street full of little restaurants, bars, groceries and the morning fish, fruit and veggie market. The nearby beautiful seafront promenade will enchant you with the spectacular view of Piazza San Marco. On the ground floor you will find the tavern with a large table to accommodate even some friends. The sofa can be transformed into a bed for two other sleeps and the access to an exclusive bathroom. Very nice also the private courtyard where to spend some pleasant moments of relaxation.
