(6) Strictly don’t make noise outdoor and lower down the music during quiet hour (after 10pm). If we received any complaint from the neighbours, we may direct report POLICE and PENALTY RM1000. (7) When leaving the Homestay, please TURN OFF air-conditioners, lights and fans. (8) Park your cars responsibly. Do not block the entrance to neighbours houses. (9) If you are decorating the Homestay in any way. Please inform us in advance and use white-tack and no others types of tape as it may cause the paint to peel. RM500 required to charge as paint and labors fees. (10) Do not take any spare mattress, blankets, pillows and bedsheet without permission. If items inside the home stay is missing, broken ,damage or unremovable stain, fees will be collected to replace the new one. (12) Please locks the door whenever you leave the premise. Any noise generating activities will need to shift indoors after 11 midnight. - Please noted that Rm1000 security deposit will be collect before arrival date, will return in 3 working days if follow house rules and nothing was damage. - There is 1 security camera at the car porch & another 1 security camera monitoring the swimming pool - Please be noted that there will be pool cleaning conducted every Monday and Thursday around 10.30 am. The cleaner will be there doing the cleaning on swimming pool. - If you have more than 20 cars, please refer to host on the parking arrangement. - Our bed ready set up for 36 pax, if you have 40 pax to sleep over which is the maximum capacity of this villa, kindly inform in advance so we could set up the another 4 floor mattress. - Guest only can use the BBQ equipment from host with extra charge of RM200. Need to inform in 1 day in advance for the arrangement. - Host are holding the right to charge penalty if guests against house rules. - Cleaning charges are applicable to cover the costs of the usual cleaning and sanitization. Soiling, vomiting, and damage to bedspreads will incur additional cleaning charges which shall be deducted from the deposit. Contamination of the pool water or throwing any unnecessary items into the pool will also be fined. - There is one bathroom without hot water. Some of the bathrooms are using solar for hot water, so it might take some time for it to get hot. - The villa is surrounded by trees so there will be mosquitoes especially evening time, please do prepare repellent spray for own comfort. Disclaimer: - The salt water pool is deep and the dept is about 5.5 feets.
