COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms, both on the ground floor. - They offer sofa seating for 8 and 10 people respectively. - Both have heaters, while 1 has a fireplace. - The dining room offers seating for 10 people. - There is also a sit-out area and deck. - The lawn offers seating for 15 people. KITCHEN - Guests do not have kitchen access. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast here is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided at an additional cost, a la carte. Guests are requested to inform the caretaker about their meal preferences at least 2 days prior to their check-in.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. GUEST ACCESS There are 2 units, a villa and a cottage. Guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen and owner’s bedroom. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, exclusive of meal charges. We are unable to provide accommodation for male staff members at the property, but they can be accommodated at a nearby homestay. However, that is subject to availability. Commercial drivers are not permitted at the property (on any account). ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like carrom and board games. They can fire up a barbecue or sit by the fireplace or bonfire too. They may also hang out by the sit-out area, deck or lawn. Guests may enjoy a peaceful read or step out for a walk to embrace nature. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.750 per session. - Barbeque can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per filling. Guests may prepare their own barbecue meals. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The property is a bit secluded. - In case of a power outage, there is a 40 KVA generator.  - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - There are approximately 30 steps leading up to the villa. - There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, however, 1 room is locked and guests do not have access to it. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi provided in the villa. Network is subject to availability at any given time.  - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
