The property rooms are with the Bhimtal Valley View and Bhimtal Lake being visible at a distance. The property has a big events Garden which allows ample space for kids and adults to play. There is a functional restaurant to cater to our guests. Our property is lush with a lot of seasonal fruit trees, which our guests can enjoy during their stay. All rooms are having a balcony with the Valley view. Each room is having a fully functional bathroom with all the amenities like soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. There are additional balconies in the corridor facing the back garden. There is ample parking space in the property with a capacity to park almost 30-40 cars. We welcome you into our property, come stay with us! Guest will be able to access all the front and back Garden areas. Enjoy the blooming flowers and pluck a few fruits which are in abundance within the property. We are a small team that will try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, our Manager Mr. Badhani will be present to assist you with all your needs. Chirping Hills is located near the Nishola village in Mehragaon. We are very near to Kutani junction. Our property is located at a 100 mtr diversion from the Bhowali-Bhimtal main road. You can trek to Nal Damyanti taal and check out a few fishes. Bhimtal is a 5 mins drive, nearby places include Saattal which is a 10 mins drive, Naukuchiatal is 15 mins drive and Nainital is a 30 mins drive. We have free parking available for our guests for upto 40 cars. The parking is within the property and is complete secure. Our house is within the property which is a private space. We visit our home during summers. You are welcome to come and say ‘Hi’ if you like our property and we would be delighted.

There is a petrol pump at this junction – fill up here if necessary After taking this left turn you will start climbing (after 5 km) and now you are on the Nainital Road. Nainital is 30 km from here on a beautiful drive. On reaching Nainital, you will go through a check-post, pay Rs. 50 here, and then drive through Nainital along the lake and on the Mall, and at the end of the market/road (you will see an intersection ahead, just after passing the Army Holiday Home on your left); make a sharp left turn to head down towards Bhowali. After about 9 km you will meet another road coming from your right (this is another road coming up to Nainital) but you continue straight till you reach Bhowali town. On reaching the main intersection at Bhowali town, you need to turn right towards Bhimtal (left goes to Ranikhet) About 3km down on the same road that goes to Bhimtal you will see Samarpan on your right just after Fruitage. Park on the reserved parking exclusive for Samarpan and blow your horn gently for the care taker to know of your arrival who will assist you in smooth check in.
