We are a short 15 min drive to Alibaugh City. Our place is also at a close proximity to Akshi Beach (10 min walk) & Nagoan Beach (10 min drive). Close attractions include Kihim Beach towards North (30 min drive), Kashid Beach & Murud-Janjira Fort towards South (1 hour drive). Our place is quaint and perfect for family and friends. The villa is fully furnished with two bedroom & two bathrooms. The living room is spacious with a convertible sofa bed and a small coffee table. The dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and has a bar counter. It has a beautiful patio overlooking the courtyard where you can relax with your closed ones. It has a lap pool with small infinity settings, perfect for a dip on sunny mornings. The lap pool overlooks our beautiful farmyard at the back of the house. The tree-lined pathway at the back of the house is perfect for a peaceful stroll at anytime during the day. We provide home cooked meals on an extra chargeable basis. We provide basic amenities(bed sheets, comforter, pillows, hand wash & toilet paper). We would recommend that the guest kindly bring their own toiletries and mosquito repellant creams. The guests have an access to the the entire place. The guests can access the farmyard at the back of the house on the property too. The guest can enjoy the warmth provided by the fire pit. Please notify the caretaker if you wish to use the fire pit.There are minimum of 3 designated parking spaces on site.The maximum number of guests the we can accommodate is 10. There are local rickshaws too that can help you with your transportation. Buses are not recommended. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian meals is allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and the terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 10 PM. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 people at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. It is also recommended to not step out during high tides. - Guests may be pre-informed about the high tide timings so that they can plan their arrival before or after the tide has receded. - Guests do not have access to the terrace and kitchen. - The property is located in a secluded area. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA generator can support all electronic appliances for up to 8 hours. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
