The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto a large outdoor entertaining deck area overlooking the salt water pool and yard. All living is upstairs with only a laundry downstairs. There are 2 lounge rooms with two TV's as well as the deck and yard both with lounges allowing you to find your own peaceful area to relax whilst still being able to keep your eyes on the kids with a trampoline, basketball hoop, ball games in the fully fenced yard. Pet Friendly- With some great dog friendly beaches and cafes only minutes away we are more than happy for you to bring your fur babies on your holiday. We do however ask that they remain outside, off any furniture and you kindly clean up after them. we love this because.. It's truly everything we want in a beach house. It is our go-to for a holiday with friends or our family of teenage children and dog in tow. The dog loves the winding path around the tennis court set on an acre of native gardens but he barks and runs around the tennis court when we play wanting to be involved. The rear garden is where we relax in the 10 people swim spa, always with a glass of wine in hand listening to the rustle of the trees and the possums overhead or just looking up to the night sky. So peaceful, so relaxing. And it's perfect inside too, with four good sized bedrooms set up in two wings, everyone comes together in the central living and dining space to watch movies or relax in front of the huge fire in winter. As it's so close to the Point Nepean National Park it only takes us 12 minutes to Monforts Beach or Spray Point. When we are feeling energetic we head to the Blairgowrie Cafe only a 20-minute walk or we settle ourselves on the beach and swim in the shallow waters watching the yachts bob up and down. At night we either head into Sorrento for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie at the wonderful Panda for dinner and drinks. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - Property is suitable for maximum of 8 adults plus additional children. PAWfect What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside. Yay! a 1 acre garden with fences to keep me safe with lots of walking tracks to sniff out great smells. I love walking to Koonya Dog Beach where I can go swimming in the ocean with all the other doggies. And there's a special basket just for me. No way! What's in there? Ooh, ooh! a treat from PAWDINKUM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

You can expect an easy stay, plenty of off street parking, plenty of room inside for bad weather, and enough space to spread out. No matter whether you’re looking for green progressive trails for kids new to pedalling at the pioneer park pump track, or a regular Mystic DH rider, this is one of the best located agoda’s in Bright. The trails are within 500m ride, the house is next to Mystic Lane which goes all the way up to launch, the LZ is less than 1k away too. From one of the bedrooms, you can see Mystic launch. From the back porch you can see two hills - Wandiligong education area and Apex lookout. The Wandi pub is 6km up the road along some lovely and smooth bike paths, the Harrietville Snowline hotel is 25k along freshly paved bike paths, and all of the restaurants and venues in Bright are a 5-10 minute ride in to town. Having your own car is recommended to get around. It is approximately 3.5 hour drive from Melbourne. Please note the property has a number of external cameras for the safety and security of the property. One of the cameras does have a view of the spa; again this is for safety and for proof of any damage etc. The last picture on our listing shows a view of the cameras for complete transparency. A Minut Noise Sensor operates on the property to ensure noise is kept to an acceptable level after 10:30pm. THE HOUSE - In total, THE HOUSE sleeps 4 guests (1 family) - The main living zone is located on the top level and is an area for families to congregate - including full kitchen, open plan dining, wood fire, lounge, two living areas and two outdoor decks extending off the front and side of the living area. - The master bedroom includes walk in robe, ensuite (freestanding bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet) and private balcony - with views across the property to the ocean. - The kids retreat is located on the ground level - including games area, TV, toys, wardrobe and bunk bed (with two single beds). - A fully equipped BBQ area is located off the kids retreat with seating by the fire pits and Weber Family Q to cook up a storm. - THE HOUSE also includes two separate toilets on the upper and ground level. THE WEST WING - THE WEST WING is separate from THE HOUSE, and sleeps another four guests. - The first room has a very comfortable queen bed, kitchenette (with bar fridge, kettle and sink), wardrobe and table. - The bathroom is a jack-and-jill, so it can be accessed from both bedrooms. This has a shower, toilet and vanity. - The second bedroom has a king split bed - this can either be made up as a king bed, or split into two king single beds **Please advise at time of booking**. - Own private balcony with garden paths winding through the fully fenced yard. In total THE WEST WING sleeps an additional four guests. THE LOFT - THE LOFT is separate from THE HOUSE and THE WEST WING, and sleeps an additional six guests. - Two loft spaces (accessible by wooden ladder) make a fun space to sleep for kids and adults alike. - The left hand side loft space offers two single beds. The right hand side loft space offers one single bed. - On the main floor there is a separate bedroom with queen bed. - The bathroom offers a shower, vanity and toilet. - In the landing space downstairs there is a kitchenette and a chair. THE LOFT sleeps an additional 5 guests. In total, Miramar sleeps up to 13 guests at any one time. The property is only advertised as a complete offering, so whether you're staying as a couple or all 13 guests - you'll still have the property to yourself (just some spaces locked depending). Beach walks, river paddles, garden chasies and deck beers - Miramar is an absolute lifestyle which is a once in a lifetime experience to feel and appreciate. Relax and rejuvenate at Miramar Beach House. **Our Wi-Fi is reliant on regional coverage, which can sometimes be tempormental.** Guests have access to the entire property, beach track and beach! The property is accessed by lock box, and the code will be provided by Emily prior to check in. Nestled between Seymour and Bicheno, Miramar is located a 10 minute drive to Bicheno, and a 40 minute drive to St Helens. There are no shops in Seymour, only beautiful beaches and bushland. You will need a car to travel to Miramar, and to best enjoy the East Coast. There is mobile reception in certain parts of the house and yard. There is Wi-Fi available, however this may choose to be temperamental as well. We hope that you're busy enough enjoying the property and land - but you should be able to scroll socials of a night comfortably, or watch some Netflix. This property is rural and remote - There will be critters at certain times of year.
