If, on arrival, it is felt the guest is intending to use the property for such an event, then there will be consequences. Yikes! Wet Items - Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing upon any room heater. It's a potential fire hazard, and we'd rather you be safe and enjoy your stay at leisure. Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you must, you have to check with us first. The guests must follow the instructions in the house manual of the property. Duh-huh! But yes, it goes on the list too! And finally, you, our wonderful guests are responsible for caring for the property and its contents. The main area is on the 5th floor, a spacious kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a restroom, and a 250 m spacious living area where you can find a spectacular dining table that sits comfortably up to 16 guests. all this connected to the swimming pool and 2500 m2 of garden areas with pond, waterfall, grill area, bar, and a chill out area with a round bed and unmatched views. On the 4th floor, there is then magnificent master bedroom with an extra large king size bed (3x2m), and a glassed g (Turkish bath), large rain effect shower and massage bed. The large glass doors allow a panoramic view of the sea, and some other windows that allow you to see the inside of the pool. On the 3rd floor you can find a state of the art gymnasium, as well as an office area with a 5 meter long work desk. There are also 4 guest rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the 2nd you have an independent bedroom with its bathroom. The laundry room is located on the 1st floor. The 3d and 4th floors are protected by maximum security measures. We recommend to rent a car Daily time (Monday to Saturday, 5 hours/day) Please, remember the housekeeper is just to keep the house clean in general, rooms and bathrooms This is a service for the Villa. Guests can demand not to have any housekeeper during the stay. This won’t modify the prices. To prevent any damage, she is not allowed to wash or iron any clothes from guests or cook for them. The Villa has security cameras in the garden connected to the alarm company "Plana Fabrega". There are no cameras inside the house but the entrance and the garage of the Vila. Cameras are on 24 h a day. Guest will given an iPhone and charger, with the security system app that will be return on departure. The place comfortably sleeps 5 but we are flexible and there is the possibility for of using a sofa bed (adults only on the sofa) for an extra fee. Please click on the occupancy for 6 if you need the sofa bed even if less are staying . 2 bedroom bungalow. Triple sleeper adult bunk in front bedroom (double on bottom and single on top) with loch and mountain views.Double bed in back bedroom. Sofa bed available for extra charge. There is a noise and occupancy monitor in place out of respect for the neighbourhood. A car is highly recommended. Parking for 2 cars. As you enter the house you find yourself in the entrance hall followed by the hallway leading to the living room equipped with the big sofa, fireplace and exit to the huge terrace with a grill which overlooks the green territory and the lake. From the hallway you also have access to the first bedroom with the sofa bed, bathroom with the shower, toilet, bidet, basin and washing machine. Finally on this floor one can also find a big and bright fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table and lovely views, perfect to gather all together over the warm meals. At the end of the hallway there is a big staircase leading to the second floor, from which one has access to 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom equipped with the bath, toilet, bidet and basin.
