This cozy and bright house (133m2) is located in Ávila. For up to 7 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city. The house is divided into a living-dining room, with couch and tv, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay. Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. I'll be glad to help you :) The city of Ávila, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, is known for its formidable medieval walls that surround the medieval historic center of the city. You can walk around the city and appreciate many of its places of tourist interest such as: the Wall, the Cathedral of Avila, the Plaza del Mercado Chico, the Church of San Pedro, the Convent and Museum of Santa Teresa or see from one of the viewpoints the impressive views of the city (we recommend the viewpoint of "Los cuatro postes"). The best option to get to the house and the city of Avila is by car. It is the fastest and easiest way to get there. The house is inside the wall so you can visit the old town and many of the tourist attractions walking. If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decreto 1513/1959 & Decreto 450/1975 For legal reasons, we need the ID information of all travellers over 15 years old. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
