The Villa of Xenia& Akis , is a family house which was build by their father who was an excellent and well known architect of his time ,made totally with the idea of a traditional country house full of light , space and a lot of wood! Only 500 meters away from the villa is the Archaeological sight of Artemida. A sandy beach with the shallow water is only 250 meters away from the villa, one mini market you find near to the beach and 500 meters from the villa you can find a traditional fish tavern to have your lunch/dinner. A further down from the taverna is another restaurant (NISSOS) located on the top of the rocks with an amazing view , crystal clear water and another amazing beach which makes you feel you are on an island . The summer resort of Porto Rafti is 5 km further on from the villa and there you can find many shops, bars, restaurants and super markets. Also need to know that the famous Archaeological Museum of Vravrona is only 500 meters from the villa.
