A very spacious condo , located literally in the heart of the city, just 2 blocks away from the Cebu Provincial Capitol. The condo has a lobby, with 24-hour security guards, parking space, a gym and a pool. This unit, at the 24th floor of Winland Tower 1, has three bedrooms. The each bedroom has wide-sized bed with a stunning view of the city and the mountains as you lay on those beds. First bedroom has a king-sized bed, next has a queen sized bed and the other room has a double sized bed. All rooms have air-conditioners. The master's bedroom its own restroom and the other rooms can use the shared restroom beside the kitchen. The unit also has its own sala set with high definition speakers in the living room and it also has a SMARTV that's connected with Netflix and Youtube. The dining space has a 6-seater dining table, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening conversations as you look over the city with your meals. It has a kitchen fully furnished with plates, utensils, glasses, frying pans, metal pot, refrigerator, stove top and toaster in case you want to prepare your own dishes, or reheat meals bought from the dozen restaurants and fast food chains nearby. The bathroom has hot shower attached, and toilet and faucet. There is an extra stockroom in case you need more room to put your stuff. It also has its own balcony, where you can lounge and relax as you take in the stunning city that is Cebu. The condo also has simple touches of artworks, paintings and dainty decor that add to the ambiance, as well as romantic yellow lighting.

Public transportation may be flagged just outside the house. The public market is just 500-600m away from the property. The stores close around 6-7pm. It's best purchase them before going to the house or before 6pm. **There are on going improvements to the property exterior to serve guests better*** Kindly bring your own toiletries, like shampoo, soap and toothpaste. We provide complimentary use of Towels per staying guests. Our place has just been newly refreshed. Most of the appliances and furniture are new. It is a cute 1-bedroom with an open layout plan. The space has specifically been interior-designed to provide basic amenities yet create ample breathing space for guests. The toilet and shower is separated to accommodate groups properly. Half of the unit is surrounded by a balcony for a refreshing view either of city lights or green trees. This is the perfect space for sipping tea or drinking coffee! Right next door is Sugbo Mercado, a food feast of different mouth-watering selections and live music on some days. The unit is all for the guests. We like to treat everyone like family. We are just a call away. However, we respect your privacy so we may meet you during check in or check out only. The place is very secure.
