The villa is fully furnished with two bedroom & two bathrooms. The living room is spacious with a convertible sofa bed and a small coffee table. The dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and has a bar counter. It has a beautiful patio overlooking the courtyard where you can relax with your closed ones. It has a lap pool with small infinity settings, perfect for a dip on sunny mornings. The lap pool overlooks our beautiful farmyard at the back of the house. The tree-lined pathway at the back of the house is perfect for a peaceful stroll at anytime during the day. We provide home cooked meals on an extra chargeable basis. We provide basic amenities(bed sheets, comforter, pillows, hand wash & toilet paper). We would recommend that the guest kindly bring their own toiletries and mosquito repellant creams. The guests have an access to the the entire place. The guests can access the farmyard at the back of the house on the property too. The guest can enjoy the warmth provided by the fire pit. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious, well-furnished rooms with a minimal, idyllic aesthetic - all on the ground floor of this property. - All rooms offer a variety of plush amenities such as a queen-sized bed, an extra mattress, air conditioners, attached balconies, Wi-Fi, walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with outdoor shower areas. - One of the room balconies also opens up to the swimming pool area. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and a poolside washroom. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and outdoor shower areas. INDOOR AREAS - There is an expansive living room which is equipped with several modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi access, a television, a portable music system, and an air conditioner. It also has an attached open kitchen with a wooden bar top and bar stools. - The living room opens up to the swimming pool on one side, and a beautiful courtyard on the other side. - The home is centred around this courtyard, through which you will have access to the three bedrooms and an open common lounge that faces the beautiful plumeria blooming here. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exterior areas of the villa are just as indulgent as the interiors. In addition to a stunning private pool, flanked by pool loungers and a bar, you will also find yourself unwinding in the massive atrium, open on all sides. - Guests can choose to dine outdoors in this beautifully laid out atrium, which is also perfect to host celebratory dinners. - The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to enjoy the evening skies and has been thoughtfully designed for your picture-perfect moments. Please note, guests can access the pool till 10:00 PM. - The pool is 30x15 ft. in size and 6ft. in depth. - There is a lush green grassland that opens up to the forest. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are also provided. FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is located in a secluded area and the road leading up to it might not be concrete. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all basic lights and fans for up to 8 hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Two friendly dogs; Peter Pan and Gunda reside on the premises of this property. - Guests are advised to remain cautious of any bugs, insects, or animals as the home is surrounded by natural vegetation. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
