Disfruta de tus vacaciones en nuestro piso de Altea, un sitio muy tranquilo en el que tendrás vista al mar. Un espacio cuidado y moderno en el que poder relajarse. El piso tiene una luz maravillosa, se respira un ambiente cálido y tranquilo, pensado para disfrutar en familia, ya que cuenta con estancias bastante amplias, como el salón y la cocina, además de que el comedor está en frente a una cristalera con vistas al mar. También tienes una mesa en la terraza para no perderte ningún rayo de sol. El apartamento está completamente equipado. No tienes que preocuparte por nada, ya tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar; Aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina ,cafetera, lavavajillas, toallas, sábanas, lavadora, wifi... La localización es genial, está ubicado frente al mar, en una zona muy tranquila donde podrás dejar el coche en el garaje aparcado e ir paseando a donde quieras . Tendrás cerca de ti el paseo de la playa, uno de los mejores puntos para visitar de Altea, además de estar próximo a cafeterías, bancos, restaurantes. El residencial cuenta con piscina y garaje privado. Una de las cosas que también gustan bastante es que en el apartamento tendrás a tu disposición canales internacionales. Limpieza: Nos tomamos muy en serio los protocolos de higiene y limpieza. Por lo que no tendrás que preocuparte por este aspecto, además que podrás comprobarlo al llegar. Te invito a recorrer sus calles, visitar su particular playa, hacer deporte al lado del mar... También podrás hacer senderismo en la montaña, recorrer su costa en barco y un sinfín de cosas que ofrece nuestra costa blanca. Se trata de una zona residencial, tranquila, con poco tráfico y poco paso de gente. Está a unos minutos del centro, frente al mar (no es primera línea) Podrás desplazarte andando a casi cualquier lado de altea. Pero si lo que te apetece es conocer alrededores el transporte público en Altea dispone de líneas de autobuses urbanos que prestan servicio de día y de noche y que conectan con poblaciones cercanas. Las línea urbana nº10, del servicio de transporte turismo de la empresa Llorente Bus, realizan un recorrido, teniendo varias paradas en la ciudad de Altea, pasando por el centro y alrededores y continuando por las poblaciones del Albir, L'Alfáz del Pi hasta llegar y finalizar su recorrido en Benidorm. Realiza sus paradas con intervalos de entre 15 y 30 minutos, dependiendo la época del año. En el verano normalmente se suele disponer de más unidades y los autobuses prestan su servicio hasta entrada la medianoche, debido a la cantidad de turistas que visitan cada año el destino de Altea. También hay conexión por TRAM, el cual recomendamos mucho, ya que es un trasporte moderno, ecológico y puntual, es perfecto para realizar desplazamientos rápidos hasta otras poblaciones cercanas. Además de que los paisajes que se ven dentro de el son muy bonito. Una de las rutas más recomendadas es ir hasta Denia. La línea L9 une Benidorm con Denia (Altea cuenta con varias paradas a lo largo del pueblo) El TRAM recorre desde Alicante hasta Denia, por lo tanto se divide en varias zonas, dependiendo a dónde vayas, costará un precio u otro. El billete sencillo en una sola zona es de 1.45 euros. The Seahorse villa is perched on the hill side surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Ionian Sea with far reaching views to Albania, private location. The villa has been furnished with modern comfortable furniture and fully equipped to a very high standard, the villa has large bright, airy rooms all of which have terraces or balconies looking out over the panoramic Ionian Sea views. Located on stunningly beautiful and popular North East area of Corfu the villa offers an excellent base for your holiday in the sun. Locally there are many beautiful bays and resorts with Taverna's, bars and mini markets others quiet and secluded, you can hire a boat locally to discover hidden gems, historic Corfu town is under 40 minutes drive away. The villas property manager will attend to the pool and Aileen our villa maid will visit the villa twice a week. You will be dealing with and booking directly with us, the villa owner. All rooms have air conditioning & central heating, The private pool also benefits from the stunning views and all day sunshine, an extensive private terrace to enjoy a BBQ, alfresco dining and private sun bathing. Full access to the house. The owner lives in Belgium but there are two persons who can be there within an hour to help you with anything. La partie Nord-est de Corfou est spectaculaire, avec les pentes du mont Pantokrator, le plus haut sommet de Corfou avec 906m de haut et se pentes qui descendent vers la mer critalline en amas de rochers. Les grandes plages et les criques se succèdent dans un ravissement sans fin. La baie d'Agni et Gialiskari constituent ce que je considère être la plus belle région de l'île. Le village de Kalami n'est qu'à 2 km en voiture et vous permettra de faire vos courses de tous les jours, de profiter d'une splendide plage mais aussi de louer un bateau pour la journée. A pied : la plage de Gialiskari est à 20 minutes de marche mais attention toutes les côtes corfiotes sont pentues et difficiles à remonter. La baie d'Agni est aussi accessible facilement depuis la route principale. Une ligne de bus vous offre la possibilité de rejoindre Kassiopi (au nord) ou Corfu (au sud). Mais l'idéal reste la location d'une voiture, généralement peu couteuse par rapport à la nécessité qu'on en a sur l'île.

You can also use Mestia as the starting and finishing point for a long hike in the mountains of Svaneti. Trails are marked and mapped and you can get all the information through Mari or in the Tourist Information Centre. You can also hire a local guide or an experienced driver with a 4WD car. In the winter the ski-resort opens and you can enjoy a variety of ski trails (for beginners, experienced skiers and experts), equipped with ropeways, cafes, ski-equipment rental points. The 6 guest rooms and 4 bathrooms are on the second floor and there is a separate entrance into that part of the house.2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. You can see the mountains and the garden from the windows. There is a big dining room downstairs, with a wood stove that is kept burning with pine-tree logs all year round because it's so fragrant and cosy. You can use the kitchen to cook for yourself if you like, it is equipped with all modern conveniences (electric stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle) but normally the guests enjoy the ample breakfasts and dinners that Mari and her mother serve them. MARI taught cooking from her mother who is brilliant at cooking and she is famous for its traditional delicious dishes. and if you like, she can share traditional Georgian recipes with you!
