Your cottage is located by a very quiet lake. This is a perfect place to go to nature, hike, meditate, rest, watching birds, picking mushrooms, fishing, berry picking, walking in forests or just to get to know local Finnish countryside. still just 1 hour from Tampere and TMP airport. There is both indoor toilet and also second ecological outdoor toilet, easy to operate electric sauna, shower, well equipped kitchen with microwave. Water comes from lake, drinking water is needed to bring with. The cottage itself is very cosy, it is renovated and the interior is very nice. I really recommend you to check the pictures we have taken. The location of this cottage is really rural and in the middle of wild Finnish nature. Nearest shops are still just 20 minutes drive away. In lake Niemijärvi there is only 5 other cottages, there is no noisy motorboats allowed and we have tried to keep the place very silent. You may rent a electric motor for your boat, if you like to fish or just wander around the lake. To reach this cottage you will need a car, the road to the cottage is small road. We also recommend this location for people with normal ability to walk in the nature, there is natural state paths and few stairways.. Please notice that price includes cottage, boat, firewood and electricity. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning can be arranged as add-on service for extra price. La Casa è disposta su un solo piano; nel living, è presente un efficiente cooking corner; include anche due camere da letto matrimoniali che si affacciano sulla veranda coperta di canne prospiciente il giardino frutteto; entrambe sono dotate di servizi in camera indipendenti. L’arredo include il letto matrimoniale, la cabina armadio e la cassettiera. Nel living, è presente un efficiente cooking corner. La Casa del Melograno è quella nella quale il percorso per accedervi è costellato dai profumi, dai colori della Sicilia e dalle influenze che in passato questa regione ha ereditato dalla presenza degli Arabi. Una dominazione iniziata nel 867 d.C. e durata per circa due secoli. Ci si immerge infatti in un cortile caratterizzato dalla presenza della Musciarabia – dall’arabo Mušrabīya -. Esso è uno spazio chiuso da tre lati e aperto dall’alto; un quarto lato, quello appunto della Musciarabia, chiude il cortile. La griglia, con i suoi classici trafori geometrici regolari, tipici dell’arte e della cultura islamica, consente l’ombreggiamento da un lato e l’ingresso del vento dall’altro; crea una condizione climatica particolarmente favorevole per lo sviluppo e la protezione delle piante domestiche mediterranee, siano esse ornamentali che da frutto. Coerentemente con tale funzione, nel cortile della Musciarabia crescono rigogliosi una Palma e in particolare un Melograno al quale ci siamo ispirati per indentificare questa casa. Attorno alla base della Palma cresce e fiorisce poi un meraviglioso tappeto di deliziose Calle che, con le loro verdi foglie e i loro fiori bianchi, in armonia con la Palma e il Melograno, permettono alla Musciarabia di far percepire e vivere a chi l’attraversa un’intensa sensazione di contaminazioni mediterranee. All’uscita dalla Musciarabia, si apre, esposta a est, la veranda della Casa realizzata con copertura di canne; da essa, attraverso un’amia porta a quattro ante, si accede all’interno dove gli ospiti sono accolti nella living room ampia e luminosa, che si affaccia sul giardino frutteto. Elemento fortemente distintivo della Casa, nonché di questa area, è la presenza di un ampio ed efficiente cooking corner nel quale l’elemento predominante, nonché legame con la tradizione rurale del territorio, è un piano cottura e di lavoro realizzato con Mattonella in Ceramiche prodotte da un Maestro Ceramista di Sciacca; esse riportano i colori, i disegni, le linee e gli inserti di una produzione ceramica di Sciacca del ‘700. La living room è dotata di tutti i comfort; gli arredi coniugano la tradizione, la tipicità e la ruralità con la semplicità, la sobrietà e l’essenzialità.
