This is a modern apartment in central London with 5 single beds and a sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. It is a 5min walk away from 2 tube stations. Up to maximum 8 people. Free fast WIFI. For full room configuration please have a look at the floor plan picture. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is an elevator on the left side of the building that you can use. You will be provided with clean bedding and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, electric hub, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer (including wash powder). Other available items are: plates, glasses, wine glasses, forks, knives, coffee maker, coffee machine, plenty of standard kitchen equipment (pans, bowls, kitchen knives and standard tools etc). No need to bring anything, except your own towels. You will be given the key combination for the lock outside of the house, so you can get the keys when you arrive. I will be available on Whatsapp or mobile phone whenever you need me There is also a small park with a children's playground just next to the apartment. You are just next to a bus station and around a 5-minute walk away from 2 underground stations (White City for District and Circle, Hammersmith and City line and Wood Lane for Cental line), which will give you a fast connection to almost everywhere in London: The central line takes you to the heart of London (Oxford Street, Bond Street, Marble Arch, Notting Hill etc in less than 10 min), the Hammersmith and city line is good for destinations more north or for Hammersmith, the circle line circles around the whole zone 1. Lavender Folly is a lovely one-bedroom annexe that stands on the grounds of our Grade II listed house. Stylishly refurbished and self-contained, the building shares a portion of our small walled garden with an outside space for guests to sit and enjoy al fresco dining. The Folly is complete with its own kitchenette, living room and bedroom. Within Lavender Folly the airy bedroom occupies the upstairs of the folly and features a comfortable king size bed and en suite, which is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen features a brand new Bosch oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave and is equipped with all the basic items you would need to cook a substantial meal. Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the Folly. The garden area is shared with the house. We are available for the guest to contact us throughout your stay should you need advice on the local area and places of interest, however we will offer privacy. We will meet and greet the guest upon arrival, more details will be shared upon confirmation. Alresford is a Georgian town with a charming history and lovely Georgian houses. We are 15 minutes from historic Winchester. The South Downs way, along with many other attractions, makes it an ideal location from which to explore the stunning countryside and towns of the South West of England. We are a 40-minute drive from the New Forest or the seaside. The town is famous for its watercress which is grown here. There is even a festival dedicated to it! Winchester is only a 15 minute drive away, and there is a bus that goes there regularly from virtually outside the folly. There are also lots of lovely walks nearby. We would reccommend a car to get around and make the most of the area. The parking is close by but not on the property. When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERH0G directly to verify yourself. For stays of 7+ nights we require a weekly cleaning fee of £65.

Hafan Dawel is a luxurious 17th century barn that has been meticulously renovated and offers high quality holiday accommodation in the beautiful coastal village of Penally, which is situated 1 mile southwest of Tenby. The accommodation is spacious and characterful . There is an outdoor hot tub which is heated with a log burner. The garden area has a large picnic table . Children will love the large wooden play area including 3 swings, rock wall, bridge and fireman’s pole. The space The stone built 17th century barn is full of character and quirkiness which has not been compromised during its extensive renovation . From its foot thick stone walls to its beams and stable doors it is one of a kind. The large open plan kitchen with range cooker and large acacia dining table and chairs is a great space for entertaining friends and family. The pretty lounge is a great place to relax with loved ones and in Winter sitting round the log fire is a great way to end the day . There is plenty to do outside with the hot tub and extensive play area and there are plenty of beautiful places to visit close by. Other things to note The hot tub needs to be filled upon arrival as for health and safety reasons we use fresh water for each guest. Please note this is a log burning hot tub and we provide logs which should cover your stay (depending on how much you use the hot tub) , if you run out of logs there is a local garage close to the property which has them for sale. We highly recommend this property for four adults but it can sleep five. If you have children or toddlers let us know what you need and we can sort nearly anything out. The 4 x single zip link beds measure 3'0" x 6'3" The property has a private entrance on the ground floor opening into a hallway housing the staircase. The kitchen/living area is FULLY stocked and opens onto a small lit patio area. The bathroom on this level houses the washer dryer. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and cupboards located on the first floor. On the second floor is a double bedroom and bathroom in the apexes of the roof. The kitchen/living area has a large 4K Smart TV for your viewing pleasure with Netflix programmed in. Series binge all you like! You know you want too. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV as well. The whole property has Netflix! Yay! Ultra Fast WiFi in entire property. It is actually faster than the WiFi I have at home... Welcome to Duck Hill Cottage, a 3 bedroom property in the heart of Ripon with allocated parking, fast WIFI and Netflix. Perfect for those either visiting the area for work or to experience all of the delights Ripon has to offer or even those venturing out to the Yorkshire Dales. Duck Hill Cottage is a large semi-detached property in Ripon city centre. Not many other properties in the area are able to accommodate 6 people and can boast as having allocated parking. You enter the cottage from the rear (next to the single allocated parking space). The entrance leads into the Utility Room which houses the washing machine. This room also doubles up as a boot room, ideal for those visiting on hiking holidays. Heading straight through the Utility Room, you will find a small bedroom on the right with a single bed and next to that is a larger double bedroom. Turning immediately left from the Utility Room, you enter the Kitchen / Dining area which has a large country dining table with seating for 6. There is a newly installed kitchen with an integrated dishwasher and cooker. in addition, there is a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all of the cutlery, crockery and utensils you will need for your stay. There is also an additional seating area in the corner of the Dining Room. Heading through the Dining Room, there is a small toilet to your left and a Sitting Room comprising of two large sofas and a large, wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix pre-loaded. Next to the Sitting Room you will find the stairs leading up to the first floor which houses the main bathroom. The bathroom has recently been renovated and contains a large shower, bath, toilet and basin. Next to the bathroom is the main bedroom which has a king size bed as well as a single day bed. There is a key box at the property and access codes will be sent on the morning of check in.
