Palace Wharf is a new exclusive riverside development of just 16 flats and five townhouses on the river in Fulham. A former marble warehouse has been converted into a fabulous new residence combining modern finishings with an industrial edge with fantastic views over the Thames and the Barnes wetlands area. These apartments are newly refurbished to the highest standards to include comfort cooling, Creston automation system and Gaggenau integrated fittings and equipment. A fantastically spacious, interior designed, ground floor one bedroom apartment facing the courtyard is available within this newly converted, warehouse style, gated development on the River Thames. The apartment boasts a large open plan kitchen and living area. The fully fitted Metris Kitchen is complete with Miele appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, full height fridge freezer, oven, hob, and integrated extractor fan as well as a Caple wine cooler. The bathroom comprises a full bathroom suite with underfloor heating whilst the bedroom with its bespoke mirrored wardrobes and automatic lights are also sure to impress. The entire apartment will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay! IMPORTANT INFO: If we can accommodate an early check in or late check out, a fee of £50 will be charged as we have to block the calendar. In an industrial estate only half a mile from a major shopping and restaurant area with Tesco superstore. Note that washer and dryer only available when staff in main workshop (free of charge) and subject to availability. Taxis (Dragon Taxis) £7 from Newport Station or £20 to Cardiff. Please note that although we do not provide internet access, your mobile phone provider will offer a decent internet signal in our yard.
