You and your group will have 4 individual and independent apartments located (60,60,55,25 m2) connected through one staircase, capable of hosting 5+5+5+3 people maximum. The largest apt is equipped with a full kitchen and a 30m2 dining/ living room. Each APT has its own bathroom / toilet. There is even a Jacuzzi in one of the apartments! You will have 4 independent apartments all in the same building, connected by the same staircase: 1st floor apartment: 60m2, living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub; 2nd floor apartment: 60m2, living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with a jacuzzi; 3rd floor duplex: 55m2, living room with full bed and kitchenette, bedroom m in mezzanine, plus a bathroom with bathtub, 3rd floor studio: 25m2 studio with bed and kitchenette, separate bathroom with shower While we enjoy the spontaneous encounters with our guests from all around the world, we also understand the importance of privacy and spending time with yourselves during the stay. We are only 3 minutes on foot from Gare du Midi, where the Eurostar station, the Flixbus station to Charleroi Airport, and metro lines 2,3,4, and 6 are located. However, you will not share any of the space you see in the photos of this listing with them, except for the common entrance hall on the ground floor next to the main entrance of the building. There is a stick that you can use to roll down the metal window curtain. Guide books and Umbrellas - Want to make a little adventure? Feel free to borrow the guide books and take an umbrella against the Brussels weather.
