The studio is located next to SILK Highway which are well-connected to Kuala Lumpur city centre, Kajang, Cheras, Puchong and Seremban. Smoking at my yard area is not allowed. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property. - Strictly no party events, no illegal activities inside my property. - Strictly not allowed for pets. - No Durian is allowed at this premises. - Kitchen are only for light cooking. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer only. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. 1-2 days, Damage deposit is RM100. 3 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM200. 5 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM300.
