Ahn-Yi Residence is a brand new Semi-D unit that was renovated to a magnificent three and a half storey residence. Ahn-Yi broadly means safe and happy, reflecting the owners aspiration of providing a safe and happy place for friends and family to gather. The owners are working on the final touches of the internal furnishing of the residence, so stay tuned for more updates! The homestay is capable of hosting up to 30 people as it comes with 4 rooms, all attached with individual bathrooms. With temperatures ranging between 19 ºC to 24 ºC guests can enjoy barbequing in the backyard or exploring the surrounding scenic landscapes on foot. The weekend Pasar Malam or night market is also a popular attraction that’s walking distance from Ahn-Yi Residence. Do note that the entire building is designated as non-smoking area. Also, the second floor area and above is reserved for the Owner. You will be required to pay a security deposit of RM500 in cash upon check in, and the deposit will be returned to you upon handing over the house in its' original condition.

Rose Hill Gardens is a 4700 sqft Semi-Detached, double storey house located at the heart of Golden Hills. We have 6 Queen Beds, 6 Bunk beds and 4 spare mattresses, and can easily fit a group size of 18 and above! We have enough beds for 18 adults to sleep on, and subsequent additional guests will be provided with floor mattresses, which may incur an additional surcharge depending on the number of additional pax. Our stunning kitchen is newly renovated, with a garden view with lots of natural sunlight flowing in, is well equipped with any utensils you need to 'cook at home'. Steamboat and BBQ can be set up by the hosts upon request. Rose Hill Gardens boasts of 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms , with an impressive 20ft × 23 ft of covered outdoor space with an extended annex, making it the ONLY double storey Semi-D unit with the unique feature! This extended annex will be perfect for hosting a family barbecue, come rain or shine! The published rates are only applicable for a group size up to 14 pax (not including children aged 1 and below who are not subject to surcharge). Additional guests are subject to the approval of the host, and the 15th pax onwards are subject to a surcharge of RM50 per pax per night. Safety seems to be taken too casually here. But you do get helmets!
