Fully refurbished in May 2019 this house offers large living areas in this beautiful townhouse of Beverley. The local shops and amenities are minutes away by foot. 12 minutes walk from Beverley center. 10 minutes walk from Shopping complex; including cinema, restaurants and bars. 1 minute walk to a newsagents, bakery & fish and chip shop. 5 minute walk to an Aldi supermarket. 8 minute walk to Train Station. 15 minute walk to Bus Station. 2 free private parking spaces. This is a 3 bedroom house however only 2 bedrooms are in use. With an outstanding range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as the larger supermarkets. Restaurants are all within walking distance – the town centre has a vast array of tastes to suit every pallet to name a few; Italian, English, French and Japanese. There are a number of fast food take outs – independents and larger chains including MacDonald’s & Pizza Express. There are several small coffee houses and tea rooms. A locally well-known local public house, Nellies (more appropriately known as the White Horse) is still lit by gas light. Beverley holds several special events including Beverley races (25 minutes walk), Folk Festival, Comedy Festival and Puppet Festival. There is a food festival, a Georgian festival and a Victorian weekend with the Christmas Market. 7 minutes walk from the train station and 12 from the bus station. Other bus stops are nearer, use the EYMS Busses app on your smart phone. All that our lovely Historic Market Town has to offer is right on your doorsteps so no need to use the car!
