La casa si trova a soli 10 minuti di macchina dal centro città, è immersa nel verde dei colli Bolognesi all'interno del borgo di Monte Donato. La casa ha un ingresso privato su una stradina interna molto silenziosa con passaggio limitato di macchine. C'è un piccolo patio privato con tavolo e sedie per godersi la colazione alla mattina, o un aperitivo a fine giornata. Le macchine possono essere lasciate gratuitamente lungo la strada principale 50 metri da casa. A due minuti a piedi da casa c'è la fermata di un autobus che porta in città, orari visibili nell'ultima fotografia.
