The Villa is a unique country house built in 1898 with thick stone walls and renovated in 2000 with new floors / ceilings / finishes and furnishing and a beautifully bright added living room with a stunning view of the Corinthian gulf. The living room is filled with couches and has a wall-covering window facing North-North West over the Corinthian gulf and the nearby villages. There is also a wide-screen HD TV available in the room. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: Red room: 1 double bed (we can add a baby bed or single children's bed) Blue room: 1 double bed, and 1 single bed. Stone room: 1 double bed and private bathroom with bathtub Single room (upstairs): One single bed The house has central heating and we also offer FREE firewood for the fireplace. For hot water there is a solar water heater and for cloudy days there is also an electric water heater available. In our kitchen you will find some complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and orange juice to make you feel at home. 40 minutes from the ski resort of Kalavrita, 10 minutes from the beach. Τα Dandy Villas σας παρουσιάζουν με χαρά ένα από τα νέα 4 καταλύματα στη Τσαγκαράδα Πηλίου. Το "Sweet Green Apple" που σημαίνει πράσινο μήλο στα ελληνικά, βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της Τσαγκαράδας Πηλίου, στο βουνό των Κενταύρων. Δίπλα στην πλατεία της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Αγίας Παρασκευής, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του οικισμού με τον χαρακτηριστικό τεράστιο πλάτανο των 13 αιώνων. Μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι θα συναντήσετε ένα ενιαίο χώρο όπου βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με το τζάκι, η τραπεζαρία, ένα γραφείο για “business and pleasure”, μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένας γωνιακός καναπές-κρεβάτι όπου μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Επίσης, υπάρχει ένα τεράστιο δωμάτιο, όπου πολύ άνετα χωρούν το διπλό κρεβάτι, μια ντουλάπα από τοίχο σε τοίχο, ένας επιδαπέδιος καθρέφτης αντίκα και το μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Εδώ, μέσα κι έξω από το σπίτι κυριαρχεί το πράσινο χρώμα, η διακόσμηση είναι πιο ανάλαφρη από τα υπόλοιπα σπίτια, αλλά ταυτόχρονα, είναι ιδιαίτερη και ρομαντική. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει πισίνα, χτιστό τραπέζι και πάγκος. Ιδανικό τοπίο μέσα στις καστανιές για να ξεχαστείς από την καθημερινότητα και να γίνεις στοιχείο της φύσης. Villa POSEIDON is located on the brow of the hill, offering breathtaking views both on the countryside and the Aegean sea, all the way to Attica and Cape Sounion, where the famous temple of Poseidon lies. The three-floor house is built entirely with local stone. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one of which en suite, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen door leads to a porch with sitting facilities and beautiful countryside views. Ten metres to the right is a stone barbecue. Through the kitchen, if you go up a couple of steps, you get to one of the two terraces of the house. The first floor includes the entrance to the house, which leads to a large sitting room, and one en-suite bedroom. In front of the entrance there is a porch which leads to the second terrace, which has a pergola and sitting facilities. On the second floor there are two en-suite bedrooms and a common balcony, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. All rooms have stone floors, and have been meticulously decorated with traditional furniture and handicrafts. All bedrooms have WiFi access and large flat-screen TVs. Adjacent to the house, at a lower level, is a studio with its own private entrance.

A big supermarket is only 2min drive, and within a minute on foot you can grab the freshly made bakery products, bread, croissants, local pies (kaltsounia) etc. to kick off your day as a local. Great local tavernas are within 1-2min walk where you will enjoy seafood or traditional cretan recipes... the choice is yours. Furthermore, 4min walk from the flat, there is a Avra 5 star hotel (or any other of the hotels nearby), where you can order you breakfasts or visit any time of the day and use its pool facilities if you prefer it that way.
