Please know that there are NO CONVENIENCE STORES nearby and most stuff that you might need are not easily accessible in the area. We highly suggest you bring enough food supplies for your group for all your meals and snacks, toiletries and medication. Since we are located in a place tucked away from the city, our guests must be prepared when staying at CTH. For your cooking needs, basic kitchen utensils are provided, however, we suggest you bring stuff that you will be needing in preparing the meals that you have planned. However, please be mindful and conserve water to avoid the inconvenience of water supply shortage during your stay. BUGS AND INSECTS. Bugs, crawling insects like ants, spiders and other types of outdoor creatures are possible to be seen and heard at CAMP TREEHOUSE. It is part of the experience of being one with nature while enjoying the comforts of home.   KITCHEN / COOKING. The Service Kitchen at the pool area has basic cooking utensils that guests can use to cook their meals. Due to limited water supply, plates, drinking glasses and cutlery are NOT provided. SMOKING is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the following areas: inside the Treehouse, the Mountaintop Cabin, the pool and jacuzzi. There will be ashtrays provided in areas where smoking is allowed. There are shuttles going around from 9:00 AM-11:30 AM & 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM to give you a ride, just approach any Wind Residences attendants to assist you. Always make sure that you lock the unit when going out to protect both of our belongings. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. We charge Php 1000 for lost keys.

The building is located at Fort Palm Springs Condominium. It is at the corner of 30th and 1st, very close to Burgos Circle. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located a block away from Burgos Circle, you will have easy access to restaurants, convenient stores and bars nearby. The unit is a spacious 2-bedroom spread. The masters bedroom has its own bathroom as well as a balcony facing the golf course view. The second bedroom has a movable door which can transform to an open space leading to the living room. The second bathroom is located at the living area. This is located at the 22F, but the unit has its own patio you can use for sunset cocktails or a good dinner outdoors. Alternatively, an open paid parking space is available right across the building, along 1st Avenue. PETS Pets are more than welcome in my unit, I am a dog lover myself! However, A one-time charge of PHP 1,000 will be required as we do extra deep cleaning upon your check out. I only allow pets that are potty trained and will not cause havock to the unit. :) The building allows pets below 20 KG in weight, or 11 LBS only. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
