Andy's Place is Located at the City of Legazpi. A Fully furnish Apartment available for short staycation from Queen size bed,Internet,Neflix, Local Channels, and Towels that we provide. It's a brand new unit ,fresh paint luxurius couch and bed and lightnings with washing machine , Induction cooker and kitchen utensils Refrigerator and Microwave. A peaceful quiet neighborhood.

5mins walk from the Astrodome, City Hall and the Great Cathedral of San Gregorio, 7 mins drive from the airport, our house is located at the end of a quiet street. You are welcomed by a huge bougainvilliea tree at the entrance of the house. Coconut trees all around the house, Garden with mango tree, guyabano and guava trees; outside terrace with a big table, many birds singing all day long… you will feel most comfortable inside and outside. The house has been completely renovated in 2019 and early 2020. A/C in the living area and in each bedroom. The Master bedroom has its ensuite bathroom with dressing and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms have one shared bathroom. Hot shower in both bathrooms. Ceiling fan in Master bedroom. Each bedroom has windows with view on trees. Kitchen and dirty kitchen. All facilities and ustensiles to cook and eat. One private garage for 2 cars. NON SMOKING HOUSE. You can smoke in the garden. No party allowed in the house. We welcome a maximum of 8 persons. We can organize tours for you (Mayon Volcano, whales sharks…) at special rates. We can arrange pick up at the airport. NB: The rate includes an allowance of 200 pesos of electricity per day. This is what we spend when we stay in the house, closing the A/C when we are away and when we keep the doors opened. The meter is checked on arrival and departure. In case of overrun, the additional will be paid on departure (13 pesos per kwh).

Our place is a 5-Unit Apartment Building inside an open compound. The property is just 50 meters from the main road (Rizal Street) which is the normal route for local public transport such as Jeepneys and Tri-Cycle. Our property has dedicated parking space for 6 vehicles. All our unit have their own personal entrance and the common spaces are the walkways leading to each unit.

Three minute walk to the main road. Public transportation is not a problem to get to and from the city and tourist spots. There are city,mountain and sea views from the garden deck. The place is quiet and relaxing as it can give a countryside vibe although nestled within the city. Has wifi, cable tv and heater shower too. Flood free and very safe place to stay. We can cook and serve food and arrange a full body massage for the guests. We can serve our guests our complimentary fresh teas from our garden using stevia,mints and other edible plants perfect for your tea time anytime of the day. The house has two bed rooms in the second floor. The blue room is good for three persons which has a double deck bed with pull out. The green room is a full bed perfect for two persons. The sofa is big enough for sleeping. We can also arrange a private dinner date for our guests with seafood, vegetable and meat dishes to choose from. Wines can be served, too. While we do not allow guests to cook, they may avail of grab food or food deliveries.
