Should you have another adult guest, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the extra beddings. We charge P300/person for the extra guest. Our kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and cooking tools. We have a refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, induction cook top, blender and electric kettle. Please turn on the range hood when cooking so that the smell will not spread throughout the unit. We also ask that you take out your trash as often as you can to prevent pest and insects from coming into the unit. Our bath comes with a shower and a heater. We provide clean towels, shampoo and soap. The entire unit is air-conditioned. We also have Wifi connection and cable TV. Please turn off the aircon, TV and lights when you go out. We do not have a washing machine in the unit. However, there is a laundry shop located at the Basement 2 of the condo building for your laundry and iron needs. They also accept self-service laundry. IT Park, Landers, the North bus station and port are also near. The space is a large studio. An extra air bed will be provided for guests exceeding 2 pax. There is also a wardrobe cabinet for your clothes to keep out clutter. There's a proper loading / unloading area for jeepneys right in front of the mini mall outside. You can also always get a Grab car or Angkas. We also have a vehicle and driver available if you'd rather prefer a bit more comfort. MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
