Whether it be lounging on the patio under the balmy parasole or raising a toast on the sandy beach, each space and nook of this villa is equally appealing. For a comfortable and secure stay, please take the time to read the Home Truths, House Rules, and Policies thoroughly.  Casa Del Mar is special because of its: - Serene location in the midst of lush greenery and beaches. - Proximity to a secluded beach where guests can fancy a swim. - Sprawling lawn with coconut palms. - Rustic and chic interiors. We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, clothes dryer  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars & 20 bikes This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 well-furnished air-conditioned rooms - all on the ground floor of the property. - All bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, extra mattresses, Wi-Fi & wardrobes. - All bedrooms have an attached patio overlooking the azure hues of the sea. - The rooms are also equipped with ensuite bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 2 attached bathrooms and one ensuite powder room on the ground floor. - The ensuite powder room is not equipped with shower facilities. - Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious patio on the ground floor of the property that can comfortably seat up to 9 people. - The guests can choose any nook of the home whether it be the common patio or the extensive exteriors to sip on a hot cuppa while overlooking the sandy beach. - Furnished with a parasol and ample sweating, this patio can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. - This home boasts 3 acres of a sprawling verdant lawn with coconut palms that give the home a beachy vibe. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen premises for reheating purposes. - Additionally, they can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, water purifier, mixer and grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Guests can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000. - A basic breakfast can be served by the caretaker’s wife. Ingredients need to be arranged by the guests. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim on the secluded beach. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn amidst coconut palms and bask in the sun. They can soak in the gorgeous views of the vast sea from the patios. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional charge of Rs.500 per use. - Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! -The property is located in a secluded area - Please note that the dining set-up will be moved into one of the bedrooms in case of heavy rains, as the patio is open-to-sky. - This home is not suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility challenges. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support the ACs and refrigerator for up to 24 hours.  - There is also an inverter that can support all lights and fans for up to 5 hours. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.  - The caretaker’s pet dog resides on the property premises for security purposes. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for security purposes.  - The rooms are in form of separate cottages. These cottages are connected via a common patio. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vodafone work fairly well here.
