lovely 2 beds pool condo with privacy access
We are a two bedroom one bathroom located in a convenient place next to a plaza. Our community has a gate security, it is quite and safe ,hope you have a good stay here. Our first floor apartment has independent access to a small yard with a lovely GUava tree. Fruits are welcome to pick in September and October when they are ripe. There is a public tennis court, swimming pool and spa pool in the apartment, which is a good place to relax and do business. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and life is convenient and close to scenic spots. The only drawback is that the apartment is older and the facilities are perfect but old, so picky guests are not welcome. We provide pick-up service and cleaning during your stay at an additional charge. We are located in the Chinese district, next to very delicious Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, as well as Western supermarkets and restaurants such as Walmart and Costco. It is only half an hour away from La Airport and major scenic spots, and only about half an hour away from Disneyland. You can smoke in the backyard and close the doors and Windows to prevent the smoke from entering. Please forgive the ants in the old apartment, so do not leave any food in the house to avoid attracting ants. Put the food in the refrigerator and we will clean it up after you check out. As the pipes are old, please be careful not to clog up the drains by littering.
