For a bit of entertainment, guests will find television available in some selected rooms. Don't worry about being thirsty as a coffee or tea maker is provided in some guestrooms. Bathroom amenities are just as important as others, and at the home you'll find a hair dryer, toiletries and towels available in some guest bathrooms.

'The Sea Shell' is a brand new grand home with direct access to the beach. While the house is brand new, I am an experienced host who will make sure you have a great experience, as my other guests have done. Guests have access to the whole house, except one locked cupboard in the laundry and the under-stairs storage area. I am here to answer any questions you have, otherwise I will leave you to relax and enjoy yourselves, undisturbed. Noraville and Norah Head are the perfect place to get away from it all, while at the same time having access to life's conveniences, for the perfect escape.

You will have the whole house and backyard for yourself. I do not live at the property but will be available for assistance and tips online / over the phone at any time during your stay. The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford Harbour ('Brisbane Water' on the map). We are a 3 minute walk from the water. The street is a cul-de-sac, where you will wake up to the sound of birds. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about a 15 min drive away. All the basic amenities are close by - Aldi, bottle shop, Thai food, cafe is 2 min drive. Coles and a small shopping centre is less than 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away. Point Clare train station is 900m away from the house. Free on street parking is available. It is a cul-de-sac street and you will have parking spots available at all times. An early check-in or late check-out can potentially be organised in advance, depending on other bookings. I will do my best to accommodate your request if the circumstances allow. Please let me know in advance if you are happy to pay the extra $40 fee, so I can arrange it with the cleaners. Thank you.

The back garden is a perfect place for kids to play and in season feel free to pick your own fresh oranges from the orange tree or herbs from the garden. Other activities include walks along the water, cycling on the bike track or perhaps just relax in comfort with a good movie (on DVD or Netflix) and a BBQ feast. Please note, cleaners may occasionally access the garage (that is not to be used by guests) to organise linen. (Generally between 10am and 2pm, only when there is a change over at the neighbouring house - Salty Kisses Holiday House.) They will not access any other part of the house, nor interact with you (unless you wish to) or disturb your privacy.

With easy access to the sea and the lakes; choose from sun-baking to fishing from the shore or taking out a boat. With plenty of walking tracks and endless stretches of sand, your activity options are endless. Cafes and restaurants are also within a short drive. Alternatively, bring your food and cook up a storm is either of the two kitchens or the outside BBQ. Those with mobility constraints (or who just want a break from the rest of the group) can relax in their own ground floor self-contained area, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and smart laundry. On the next level, is the perfect open plan living area, leading out to the expansive deck. A few more steps and you have the two bedrooms (one with en-suite) and the main bathroom. The top level has the master king sized bedroom and a second living room (with pull out queen sized sofa bed). I am available via your booking channel or the phone, if needed. Otherwise I will leave you to enjoy yourselves in peace. This is a quiet residential area, to relax and enjoy everything Mother Nature has to offer. With a relaxing vibe, cafe's, activities and entertainment. This area is best explored using a car.

This fantastic 3 bedroom holiday house has been renovated to bring life back to this wonderful city escape. Located only 75m walk to the water front and a 10min drive to beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops of the fabulous beach side suburbs of Terrigal and Avoca. This little getaway has open plan living leading out to a lovely deck boasting the beautiful views of Brisbane Waters. Sit back and relax as you unwind watching the sunset from the spa.
