The apartment is in the luxury building "windows of jerusalem" it's renovated, furnished with natural light from huge windows that have the most amazing view of jerusalem. The Windows of Jerusalem building is clean, with a secure code lock entry system. The building is accessible for people with disabilities, and has fast and Shabbat elevators. The building offers parking, for a fee of USD 25 per day. You can enjoy a quiet and calm atmosphere in the apartment at any hour of the day. We want you to feel as at home as possible, so we make sure to maintain the apartment to a high standard. Beautiful fully furnished kosher 3 bedroom, 2 washroom, apartment available for short term rental. Sleeps 7 but we can add mattresses to sleep 9. Central A/C, fully equipped kosher kitchen, balcony with striking view, private covered parking, Shabbos elevator, high speed wifi. Meat and dairy cutlery, dishes, mugs, pots and pans. Close to 24/6 grocery store, buses, German colony, coffee shops, and near all major Katamon synagogues. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Our apartment is very well lit and nicely ventilated. There is air condition units in each room, but the breeze from the windows is so refreshing. We are close to dozens of synagogues. Close to Talpiyot, Emek Refaim, Palmach, town. Very friendly neighbours. Very close to bus lines 13 and 14. Not far from 15 and 22 and several others on Emek Refaim. There is a private parking spot under the building and free street parking as well. Staying in our apartment is like a home away from home. All the kosher amenities you could hope for, mini-mart downstairs. Hear the laughter of kids in the kindergarten. Smart hot water system so you always know how much hot water you have.
