Welcome to Casa Campanula - the best way to stay in Laax! The beautifully renovated and decorated house sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms on 2 floors. A large modern kitchen, 2 living areas (large upstairs, smaller one downstairs), a desk for 2 people, 4 baths, 2 washer/dryer, and a balcony and terrace with 100% privacy and absolutely unbeatable views of the mountains and valley! Secluded, private, and quiet, but right in the Swiss Alps and in Switzerland's best ski resort: That's Casa Campanula. Built by the current owners' grandfather in 1968, it's a true gem, featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, washer/dryer. On the upper floor, there's the main entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the recently combined kitchen/living area with oversized windows offering a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. There's a 200-year-old solid wood table seating 10 for good times and a 65-inch 4K TV for entertainment. This space also opens up onto the balcony and the terrace, both of which offer complete privacy (no neighbors to the West...) and breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley below. The lower floor - accessible both from the outside with a separate entrance as well as through the stairs inside the house - features a cozy sitting area, a desk that sits 2 people, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1x toilet, 1x shower). On this floor, you'll also find the washroom with a washer/dryer tower, as well as the heating room with a separate, combined washer/dryer machine. The lower floor also has its own patio/terrace, which is ideal for storing bikes (power plugs), and has a natural staircase connecting it to the upper-level terrace. 4 of the 5 bedrooms feature mountain views - and the only sound you'll hear at night is maybe cow bells. The large, open dining/sitting area invites for good times with up to 10 people at the same table - or spread across the room and the balcony/terrace. Whether you're a group of 5 adults, each wanting their own room or 3 families with 10 combined people - you'll love this space. That's a promise. Access to the entire house including a private garage about 100m from the house. Total car spaces are 4 (1 in front of the house, 1 in the garage, 2 in front of the garage.) The owners live in a different city, but the cleaner lives nearby in case of an emergency. Located right on the edge of town (it's actually the last house still on Laax ground), the place is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. People here love their peaceful little paradise, are friendly and good-humored. It's easiest to get there by car. However, public transport works, too: Take a train from Zurich (city or airport), then the bus to LAAX from the train station CHUR (takes about 30 minutes). The stop you want to get off is called LAAX FAU, it's 3 stops after the LAAX main stop (POSTA). You might have to change buses in LAAX POSTA, as not all buses from CHUR go straight to LAAX FAU. To get to town from the house, you can also take the walking path through the forest, it takes about 20 minutes by foot.

The story starts 80 years ago when our grand dad, a cheese producer and exporter from the Emmental region, was searching a holiday home. Being a passionate rower, he was on a mission to locate the most beautiful spot on the lake and ended up at the current location. Which according to him had a view made from dreams, just across the small island and with a spectacular view on Rigi (known in Switzerland as the Queen of the mountains). With a boathouse and private beach directly at the lake he purchased a wooden motorboat which was one of the first on the lake of Lucerne and still in use today.

Es ist auch ein aufklappbares Babybett vorhanden. Das Chalet hat ein Bad mit WC/Dusche und zusätzlich ein separates WC. Bettwäsche und Frotteetücher sind mit dabei und müssen nicht mitgebracht… macht etwas weniger Aufwand und etwas mehr Komfort! In der modernen Küche steht ein Geschirrspüler, ein Infrarotherd mit Backofen und es hat meist Gewürze da, Salz, Zucker, Öl... was es halt so in Kleinmengen zum kochen braucht. Eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ist ebenso vorhanden wie ein Mixer, ein Racletteofen und ein Fonduecaquelon. Für Entertainment gibt es verschiedene Brett- und Kartenspiele, den Fernseher mit Internet-Anschluss für euren Netflix-Account o.ä. sowie Zattoo-Programmen, plus einen DVD-Player. Und Highspeed-Wifi ist natürlich auch schon im Wallis! Für Draussen gibt es neben dem massiven Holztisch mit Bank und Stühlen auch Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm, Schattensegel und einen einfach zu bedienenden Elektrogrill. In Tschuggen gibt es einen Abenteuerspielplatz, Tischtennis und viele Wanderrouten führen gleich vorbei. In Blatten hat es Minigolf, Kletterpark, Planschteich, Spielplatz, Restaurants. Auf der Belalp gibt es herrliche Aussicht, Bergbäche zu stauen, Orte zum Einkehren und fantastisches Wandern bis zum Aletschgletscher und drüber hinaus. Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Klettern und Wandern, Mountain-Trotti fahren, Bike-Trails, Gleitschirm fliegen, Thermal baden, Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen (z.B. den Stockalperpalast). Und im Winter natürlich schlitteln und skifahren oder snowboarden bis auf über 3000 Meter. Mit dabei ist auch die Massaschlucht, das Canyoning-Eldorado der Schweiz! The Flat is well located in the District 3 of Zurich City so that you can go almost to many City attraction just by walking. There are also many shopping center, Spa and Uetliberg (highest mountain in Zurich) are near by. It's even cheap to go back home wit Uber after a long walking day. The Room is perfect organised with King Size Bed and Colorfull lounge with Smart TV Netflix and YouTube are included. Good equiped kitchen with Balcony acces and WC with Bath. Because that we are good situated here in Zürich Binz so that you can walk to most of city attractions. in 30 seconds you're in the Zurich Binz Train station and you need 5 minutes to be in the Mainstation Zürich HB or with the Bus of course. There's city bike station in 1 minute from the Staying and a lot of Escooters.
