Interaction with guests We will be accessible for our guests via phone, text, or the rental app should you have any questions about your stay or the area. We are area natives and are happy to provide you with restaurant recommendations or local tips about the city! This space features one level of stairs in order to access the bedrooms. No smoking and no parties allowed. Please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Please turn off the A/C & heat when you are not inside the space. The space includes a grill and other high-quality modern amenities. If you have any questions about how to operate these, please inquire with the host. Pets are allowed on property with prior approval from the host. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on property, in the garden, and in the neighborhood. Any damages to the property made by the pets are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged accordingly. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to agoda. Check-in and check-out times are flexible but it is good that you communicate your arrival and departure times as I may need to coordinate with you and other arriving or departing guests.
