As you step into the townhouse you will be greeted by the fully equipped kitchen to the right with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, then tp the left you have an WC with washing machine. Further on from the kitchen into the social living room with a dining area to the right, next to the fireplace, relaxation corner with smart TV to the left in comfortable armchairs and sofa. The small terrace where it's lovely to have a morning breakfast, sea and palm trees is in a south facing position with sun from morning to late afternoon, there is a lounge area and a lovely dining area also in the house. Both bedrooms are downstairs where one of the bedrooms has a double bed, private enclosed balcony and a cloth rack. The other bedroom have a double bed and a cloth rack. The downstairs bathroom is in the corridor between them. The townhouse is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in living room, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, parking, all year round open pool and much more. Free shared parking on the street. Torrequebrada is a small oasis in Benalmadena close to Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella where you can enjoy tranquility, greenery and exotic restaurants and beach bars. It is just 5 min by car into central Benalmadena. The location allows you to walk everywhere (you have the best beaches and restaurants within a few hundred meters and a car is not a must, but if you are to explore Costa del sol and Andalucia, there is a free parking on the street. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
